Arrived last night at 9:59 pm to a mostly empty restaurant (3 tables occupied) and a dark empty parking lot. I had to check the sign to see if they were even open. Our party of 2 adults and one ch was greeted at the hostess stand by the male host who indicated it would be 20 to 25 minutes because the kitchen was backed up. We were willing to wait for our food but he said we could not even be seated in the empty restaurant and needed to wait. I have never heard of such a thing and felt we were unwelcome and and an inconvenience. Does anybody want to work anymore???

Went to have a meal at 930 ,they close at midnight. We went in and the hostess told us there was a 30 min wait due to kitchen staff issues. When looking around I saw a bunch of empty tables but was told to wait in my car with my boyfriend and baby rather than sit at a table. Found it rude and unprofessional. No wonder they are closing so many. I won’t be going back, the quality isn’t that good but we figured it was good enough for a late dinner.

Our dining experience lasted WAY longer than we planned,wanted or preferred because our server Melissa S. was also acting as a very slow drink making bartender in a nearly empty restaurant…the food was good however the menu at Applebee’s seems to constantly be changing and not for the better..they took the Oriental chicken wrap off the menu but still serve the salad and have the other roll up item so they have everything to make it but won’t sell it. Outside of eating and being served our food ( it took forever for them to make) we had about an extra thirty minutes added on in just waiting on things like our boxes and bill or a cup of sauce.

Always a great time at Applebee’s, we didn’t get there until about an hr before close, the waitress was extremely cordial and warming, spoke a little fast but no big deal. The apps came out smoking hot and delicious. The food was freaking awesome. It was also piping hot had to do the ajsjshshshshshshsanandhdbdbdbdhothothot thing but it was well worth it.

There is only 1 waiter for the whole building and were waiting forever for our food and it’s only 5 tables and 4 people at the bar. I don’t plan on coming back to this location because I’m so discussed with the display of customer service. And they kept using the fact that there understaffed to excuse the poor service we received
