We came to have breakfast for lunch we are locals and they had recently renovated so we figured we would give them one last shot. When we arrived the waitress seemed very attentive ready to get started she had just informed the table of 6 behind us that there was a delay in the kitchen so it made sense. She brought us our drinks and we ordered. One of us finished our drink and we waited for her to stop by at one point for a refill 20min later and we thought it would never happen. When she brought us the food I asked impatiently for our refill as she had turned to leave without noticing the empty cup we had placed at the end of the table in hopes she would spot it passing by and, come back with a refill. All went down hill after that. We waited for my omelet to come after everyone else was started eating it got there without the sauce that comes on it I asked for it and noticed that the side I’d asked for was missing. I asked her for it and by the time she had come back I had noticed all the bacon in my omelet was burned I said I didn’t want it and I didn’t want my side either. There was a staff member nearby with a cleaning cart and she threw the hot side order into the cleaning cart grabber the omelet and waffle and chucked them into the cart after she had walked into the kitchen to allert the staff that I had been done wrong I assume. I was shocked but didn’t say anything. She didn’t apologize for any of the kitchens mistakes and never came back to the table my meal was comped but the manager did not bother to ask what went wrong or if there was anything that could be done. At that point I was surprised beyond belief I asked about my check and instead of explaining the manager laughed. I asked why he was laughing and only after that did he explain why he was laughing “because the way she rang it up was cheaper” I complained that her customer service was horrible and his was as well. He continued to laugh. I didn’t raise my voice at any time never asked for a manager and somehow it was all a joke I would have paid for the uneaten food and just asked that it not happen again but no one bothered to talk or resolve anything. I am diabetic and my blood sugar was rapidly going down I didn’t have the energy to deal with the level of apathy and asked for the managers name and Corp number which i was told to look up online. Short story long I suppose but we are never going there again.

I used to go to this location for years. Just happened to stop in yesterday and noticed the remodel and new menus, very nice. Service is worse. Went in for breakfast and they refused to swap hash browns for anything else. I only went there for 15 years and it was no problem. Keep this up and you’ll end up like the Okeechobee and Miliary location (Closed) I’ll stick with Denny’s, they are nicer and always accommodate me.

Steven is absolutely the most sweetest waiter I have encountered at this IHop. He is super generous, pleasant, great-great customer service! When he asked how our food was, we said it was perfect! He was not only grateful but he also credited those who helped (cooks) and that says a lot!!!! #TeamStevenONLY

Although the remodel job is very nice unfortunately servers are terrible! There is one mN Steven that is wonderful! He makes sure your order is right Della was our last server and our last time we will be going there I have to get up and find my server because they stay in the back never checking on the wrong order that was dropped and left!!!

It was pretty empty when my family and I walked in. We were escorted to our booth. Adriana was our server and took care of us. She forgot everything we asked her for. (Sour cream, hot sauce, honey mustard) I asked for a big steak omelette with no onions. My kid got the chicken and waffles.

Wouldn’t give any stars if possible. I come in and see the same waitress every time. Charisma. She’s the greatest. I asked for her and a black woman literally said, “you don’t want her, trust me, she’s no good”. I asked this woman Her name and she said Della. It disgusted me. How does this happen. So I asked for the manager know as Natalie or possibly Natasha and she never apologized but pretty much went along with this Della lady. Charisma has been serving me for years. I demand a General Manager to get back with me as soon as possible. Natalie or Natasha who was very unprofessional is supposed to be there to defend her staff. Not belittle them. I will not be back. Mr. General Manager, too busy in the kitchen to come out and diffuse a heated situation. Shame on you! I will also be contacting to better business bureau because far as I’m concerned, that’s called defamation of character. And it just so happens to be that I am an attorney, Miss Charisma if you happen to read this, you know who I am find me on Facebook you have one hell of a case. Mr.Wills. Sits at the small table in the back. Don’t let ANYONE treat you like that! EVER!!!

Chose this restaurant because it was closest to the location from my granddaughter’s HS Graduation and we were starving. We were told it had to be a 1hr wait because they just seated a large party and there was only 2 servers at 10:30pm. So we left and went to Denny’s instead…where there was no wait and we were catered to very promptly.

Orders should be throughly checked before leaving for delivery or take out. My appetizer sampler was delivered without mozzarella sticks , the best part. Extremely upset that I wasted my money to not be given all 3 items in my dish. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years and at any place we always made sure to-go orders were checked prior to leaving the restaurant.
