Food was just okay. The cooks forgot to make my son’s egg and the happy face on the pancakes were smudged. The service was slow and incorrect. My daughter ordered waffles and got crapes. Best thing was the hashed browns.

Overheard a conversation with the manager (not sure the name but visited july 29 at 2.30pm) and a customer. Customer was praising the waiter and the manager was talking so good about his team. Was very pleasant to listen to the manager praising his team to a stranger. Proper display of a leader.

We stopped here as soon as we touched down in Miami. We’d been flying for 3 hours, and traveling for 3 more hours before the flight. We couldn’t get into our condo yet, so we stopped to fill our bellys and kind of kill some time. There was 6 of us, each with our own suitcase. They put us at a table in the restaurant that we could pile up our bags and all of us still have plenty of room to enjoy our meal!! Service was great! Food as expected at IHOP.

We arrived and were seated promptly. After sitting for about five minutes the waitress walked up and instead of taking drink orders proceeded to go through a long list of items they were out of and walk away. About five minutes later she finally comes to take drink orders. She eventually came back and took our orders. Our food arrived after quite some time and I didn’t get mushrooms on my hash browns as ordered. She then said she just found out they were out. We finished eating and got our check in which the mushrooms were still charged. She claimed she took a coffee off instead. Why wouldn’t you just take the almost 2.00 charge off for the mushrooms? She was not friendly in the least nor was she attentive in any way. The food was mediocre at best. We will not return to this location.

Food is mid, I went this morning to place a to go order & the waiter first ask to take my order. I then proceeded to tell her my order & her response was “hold on I’m doing something.” As she takes another 5mins putting in orders on the computer or whatever. I finish telling her what I want & when she asked me if there’s anything else she can get me she told me how long I was taking to order & that she already had people waiting on her. I couldn’t get a word out this lady without her giving me dirty looks. On top of that her lipgloss was smeared all over her tiny lips so it made it much harder to look at her while I was ordering. The place is dirty & the Menus have leftover condiments smeared all over them. If you can find a better IHOP to go to that’s not this one I recommend you do. I went back in to identify this lady, her name is MARIA!!

Though everyones experience. This IHOP though generally busy is one we visit frequently.. Though a line generally awaits you. The wait is incredibly small. I send a ” I appreciate you guys behind the counter” for sometimes we forget their efforts..

My favorite IHOP! Shout-out to manager Willy who’s friendly and likes to talk to the guests. Also a big shout-out to waitress Summer who remembers my favorite orders and has a great personality. Hope corporate sees this and gives this restaurant the attention it deserves.

No jam, no jelly. No decaf. Never has decaf. Two competing loud music tracks to bend your mind while you eat. Food and service good but I sure missed having any type of jam. Wait staff good.
