I had a great experience at this IHOP location (7450 NW 186th St), thanks to our waitress Vanessa. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, patient, and very attentive. She checked on us often without being overbearing, made sure our drinks stayed full, and got our order exactly right.
Vanessa had a great attitude the whole time, even though it was busy, and she made us feel welcome and taken care of. Our food came out hot and timely, and her service really made the visit stand out.

I had a great experience at IHOP! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The pancakes were fluffy, the portions were generous, and everything came out quickly. We ordered delivery from this iHop when travelling through Miami. Food arrived within a reasonable time and was hot with the exception of our hash browns. Portions were great although our 16oz hot chocolate was more like 10oz. I could tell by the cup that it hadn’t spilled at all. I was annoyed given the price paid for the hot chocolate. We found prices to be high for what the food was.

Muneerah is out of this world sweet!! One of a kind for sure. We came with a big group of girls and from the moment we walked in, she was all smiles and so welcoming. We had such a long day and very unfortunate circumstances take place with our cruise reservations somehow being cancelled. They traveled from here all the way from Colombia and having that happen was very disappointing and frustrating. So Muneerah’s service going above and beyond, with a smile on her face at all times was such a refreshing and much needed experience. I’m so thankful we chose to come here and got to encounter her as our server. I wish this service was offered everywhere I go!! I honestly don’t have enough words to say about her.. would come back just because of her!

I don’t usually come to IHOP expecting superb service, but I was just astonished by how Muneerah treated us well with an astonishing level of quality and service that I would usually expect from a high end restaurant. She’s very energetic, empathetic, respectful, and outgoing with positive vibes. I am just so blessed to come here on a Tuesday afternoon to have some brunch with my family and to have this amount of vibes during a crazy day of the week really made my day. It’s crazy how an astonishing figure can flip your day into positive vibes as a waitress. Mad respect 100% as a satisfied customer. c:

We walked in with a group of 6 other people. They’re were no other customers in the restaurant. They were seated, we were left at the host stand. The people moved from the table they were seated at while we stood waiting. We could hear a group of people, assuming they were staff, visiting on the other side of the half wall.
Eventually a gal came to seat us, parading us past dirty tables pulled high with dirty dishes and quickly walked off.The table that we were seated at was dirty, so we moved to the table beside us. She came by and we told her we moved to a clean table. She said “no problem”. She didn’t ask if we wanted a beverage, nothing. The other table wasn’t served either.
We decided to leave after 10-15 minutes because we didn’t want to interrupt their animated conversation.
