This is the worst Culvers location in all of Wisconsin, dare I say maybe even the surrounding states. I used to go here when I was frequently over by the school, but I only did that for convenience. I genuinely don’t think they’ve gotten my order correct once. I have (for some reason) given them endless chances. It’s much worse when you try to DOORDASH it bc they wont be able to refund it and you have to take it up with DOORDASH. I have a lot of food allergies and they often give me food I cannot come close to eating. Even when I’m with other people they would constantly mess up even the simplest of orders for them. I remember once I asked for a few separate scoops of the flavor of the day. I don’t remember how much it was, but I shouldn’t have even been charged for that mess. In each cup there were MAYBE 2-3 bites. Some didn’t even come up to the 1/4 mark on the cup. If they were running out, they should have said that, not given me whatever THAT was. I have worked in the service industry, and it is a thankless job. I don’t even blame the employees. They just clearly need better training or something. I hope that when other people get their food messed up they don’t take it out on the workers. Most are high school students just trying to get by. However, I would rather drive the 15 min to Hartland or Ocon to get actually decent food than to deal with this.

After another bad experience, my family is done with the delafield restaurant. My wife ordered chili supreme. She just got regular chili and it was Basically room temperature. I ordered the chicken, cashew salad, and the chicken was cool. It had clearly been cooked quite a bit earlier. We just don’t seem to have these kinds of problems at the other Culver’s in the area.

Definitely one of the best Culver’s I’ve visited in South East Wisconsin. Friendly and attentive crew. Food is always on point and tastes like they care on what they’re putting out to the customers. And an amazing owner to boot….very thankful of him

Always dependable lunch burger spot. Super clean restaurant and very friendly staff. Order at the counter, then fast table service. The burgers actually look like the advertising pictures. Pictured is the Cheddar Barbecue double burger.

Come here often after sporting events at the high school with children. Very small scoops of ice cream for the kids(unusually small, compared to any other Culver’s I have been to). Service is often slow. Lease favorite Culver’s in Wisconsin.

I have been to a great many Culver’s, and have worked at this one in the past. I asked for a burger that I have had before, and I will attach a photo from a previous visit. What I was told this time is that “it can’t be done”. Well, it has been done and it will be done again. Disappointment all around.

Culver’s has the answer to life, the universe and everything. THIS Culver’s has an amazing staff that knows their customers by name. Their food is amazing, their employees are phenomenal (Jenna is my favorite!) And I have even come shortly before closing and was treated like a welcome guest instead of an inconvenience near closing time. We eat here often and gave no plans to stop!

I just love this Culver’s. The employee’s are always really nice and the food comes out very fast and it’s always nice and hot. I also appreciate how clean the tables always are. 5 stars in my book.
