Visited this establishment on a day in which they were not busy, but perhaps understaffed. There was only one server. Our food was awesome, hot and prepared as ordered. The problem was that the server was lethargic, often stared off into space, and seemed unstable on her feet. We had to repeat the order several times and she often forgot about us. Once we received our food…we KEPT receiving our food. Apparently she had placed certain parts of our order into their system multiple times. A new set of pancakes would arrive to our table every 5 min. When the manager (who was awesome) asked her about it, she stated that we kept ordering the food! Blatantly lied. She then went and changed the tab to reflect HER mistake. I refused the tab and advised her to get her manager…she then decided to take the additional unordered items off. I also ordered food to go. Well….we never got the food. I was at home by the time I remembered! Since the entire crew had changed, no one was willing to help me…even though I had a receipt. Great food, horrible service. Kudos to the manager and the cooks!!

I would avoid this place and let it sink. After waiting 20 minutes to get drinks we sat for another hour waiting on food. It took them another 20 minutes to finally tell my uncle they were out of fish. As we were walking out after nearly an hour and a half the lady met us at the door saying our food was ready. As we requested the manager we get the classic “why?!”. The manager was just as rude when she approached us, apologized about our drinks and poor waitress but never a word about our hour and a half wait. To make it even better, we were only 1 of 4 small families in the dining area eating. Your first visit will likely be your last.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! They brought out a side cub of tomato and when my sister opened it, it was all molded. As we finished eating. A huge roach crawled across the back of the seat along the wall. Very bad, do not stop here!

Tequila, our server was new to serving (her first day on her own). She was very nice, the food was good. The most negative about the visit was the outside grounds keeping makes you question if the restaurant is open. Overall, I hope to see Tequila grow more comfortable in serving, she is delightful.

Got to IHOP @1245. Sat there until 1:50PM. Still no food. IHOP wasn’t hopping today. (Side Note) Got a lil funky 20 percent discount when the meal should have been free. Waitresses are overworked, while we were told they only have two cooks after sitting an hour, it still too 15 minutes after my complaint for our food to hit our table. IHOP this is way unacceptable.

Loved this IHOP. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Meal was delicious and fast! Coffee was great as usual for this chain, always fresh ,hot, and tasty. Price for our meal was well within reason and a great value, portions, and choices.

The manager of this iHop is the worst we have ever experienced. When traveling through Augusta we went out of our way to visit this iHop. We were seated at 5:10 PM and shortly after our waitress informed us that the manager had decided to close early so we could not order. I asked for the manager but was informed she was too busy. When leaving we saw her and most of her staff smoking outside. Pathetic leadership.

I don’t get to dine at IHOP often but I enjoy it each time I do.This IHOP is the only one in the area because the other one that was closer to me was bought by the Masters and demolished. I really love their strawberry pancakes. I remember as a child my grandmother would gather all the grandchildren on Saturday mornings and take us to IHOP! I loved the smiley face pancakes too and the different types of syrup you can put on them. To this day they still have great pancakes. The staff is somewhat helpful. I remember the last time I dined here the service was very slow and the waiter couldn’t get everybody’s orders right. He kept sending our food to the wrong table, and he was nowhere to be found when it was time for refills and paying the bill. But other than that the service and the food is good.

I was very disappointed with our visit to this location a week ago. My son chose this restaurant to celebrate his graduation from high school so he was also very disappointed when he had to wait over 2 hours to eat. They were short staff and they tried to be accommodating however it didn’t help the situation. They kept bringing out the wrong order to my mother. She ordered turkey bacon and they kept bringing pork bacon. My mother doesn’t eat pork. When they finally brought out the correct order she didn’t want it. She decided to take it home.The GM apologized and gave my son a free meal for his next visit. I went to get the free meal and got disappointed again. His Buffalo Chicken Melt was half done. One side wasn’t toasted and it was missing some condiments. It’s sad that my son special day was ruined.
