1st time here but here by chance. IHOP provides the same menu but depending on were you go service is different. For this locations service was being provided by a younger group with this said with practice they can improve. My party’s food choices were good and presentation was great.

Erica is great. Ask for the chef, Mr. Robert, who will make you one of the best looking and tasting omlettes. And Avery, the General Manager, is a delight. He came over and we spoke! He asked how long I had been pescetarian and was kind enough to substitute my chicken strips for shrimp and fish. Very kind of him. It’s clean, warm, and welcoming! Come and visit, y’all!

This was my first time here during National Pancake Day and the food was amazing. The short stack I received was delicious and excited to try even more items in the menu soon. Customer service(greeting and attentiveness) and cleanliness(sticky floors) can be improved.

I was very disappointed during a recent visit. This was a Saturday morning where you would expect the food and service to be on point. This is what you get with a $15 “create your own omelet” (ham and cheese). We ordered 2 and not only did they come out like this, but they were small and cold… thus, the unmelted cheese. This didn’t even include a side. My son didn’t want to send it back because we were on a time restraint and it already took a while to come out. But this ihop needs to do better.

This may have been the worst experience that I ever had at a restaurant. It took 15 minutes for them to seat me. No one else was waiting. They took my drink order relatively fast but they didn’t bring my coffee for over another 15 minutes when they eventually took my order. I ordered CHICKENANDWAFFLES, . 30 minutes later they brought me CHICKEN AND FRIES. I asked for a to go box 10 minutes later they bought me the bill with no to go box. I paid cash and left the meal untouched.

Surprisingly delighted with this late evening experience. The restaurant was almost empty but the service was pleasant and food was very good. Nothing lacking. Everything we requested came right away.

We stopped by for a quick breakfast, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, which made the delays even more surprising. Our coffee was served cold, and when we requested a fresh, hot cup, it took quite a while to arrive. Sadly, the replacement coffee was bitter and unpleasant.
The food itself took about 15–20 minutes to come out, which felt long given how quiet the place was. Finally, when we asked for the check and paid in cash, the waitress did not return the change until we specifically asked for it—even after leaving a tip that wasn’t really deserved.
Overall, the service was slow, the coffee was poor, and the experience did not meet expectations.
