I was in town for a visit. My son took me to breakfast. The young lady was an absolute pleasure. The food was great and of course I spent time with my son. Hope to be back soon. I had the double blueberry pancakes however I don’t see it on the list.

What the hell is this?!….I am really tired of this place and will stop ordering from there. They never get my order correctly. I am either missing an item or they give me crumbs. Multiple times I’d have to tell them to redo an item or have them find me my missing item. This place needs to either shutdown or learn to properly complete someone’s order!

Worst IHOP ever! Ordered my food via the website and selected curbside pickup. Food never came out so I went in after 20 mins of waiting for my order upon the host checking in the kitchen the host told me it would be 5 more mins, after 20 mins I asked for a status update and I was told that the food is ready but I had to wait until they bagged the orders in front of mine which is the normal process (I was fine with that). Once I received my food I proceeded to the car. When I checked my food the pancakes were undercooked and the sirloin tips were a cut up burger . I went back in and asked for a manager. I was told that the manager Trayonna was cooking on the line and that it would be a wait (I patiently waited while others around me fussed and cursed due to bad service). The manager passed by me twice and didn’t acknowledge me until I asked her are you the manager. I waited a total of one hour and she asked me to come back for a refund when I said no she asked could she call me at 2-3pm when service slows down (l was fine with that). I called her at 3:50 because I never heard from her and she tells me the GM is working on my refund. Now it is 6:30 pm and I decided to go back to check on my refund because I haven’t heard back and I didn’t get a written agreement that she would process my refund. Here I am again waiting, it’s been 20 mins and the manager Trayonna hasn’t came out to acknowledge me she had the staff relay the message that she’s working on it. The GM was never here so she lied. This could have been easily resolved if the manager has better communication skills. I would love to talk to the GM’s Ron or Nya.

I didn’t dine at this establishment but I did have A job interview with Tony. I called Saturday afternoon to check on my application. When I called they placed me on hold and got the hiring manager which happened to be Tony the GM. He told me to come on in for an interview. Got there fifteen minutes later and the hostess, to the assistant manager were all helpful and greeted me. The restaurant was clean from the tables down to the floor. Had my interview with Tony and he made me feel like I was already part of the family before accepting his offer. So after explaining the rules and other information that I needed pertaining to the position and establishment he hired me. Unfortunately later that night I had to decline. Forever grateful for the interview Ava the fact that he waited for me when he could’ve easily left and scheduled for another day. Hated to decline because I’ve been requesting hours from my other job for months but the moment I’m ready to seek better they’re willing to work with me. So I hated that Tony’s time was wasted but he understood. Much success to Tony and IHOP

TRASH worst IHop I’ve EVER been they always have a staff problem I think the manager was running the grill. It 1hr to get my food. I sent it back twice for them to make it right. Finished my food, and I was still going to tip (as usual). I sent my wife to get the cash from the car. As soon she left the waitresses came to my table and asked was I ready to pay the bill. Keep in mind the check was already on my table for like 40 something dollars. Luckily I had a 50$ bill In my pocket. I gave it to the young girl and I will never be back. My wife was so confused

This location is pretty cool. I had a solid server and for a Sunday it wasn’t crowded to my surprise. I did stagger my food with my kids just so I could feed my toddler but I did wait longer than expected. It wasn’t presented well BUT it met the iHOP standard.

Came on a Sunday morning and it was busy. However there was no wait. Our waiter Daynira was so friendly and welcoming. They were out of blueberry compost so I didn’t want my food when it came. Instead of her getting an attitude or being rude about it. She acted regretful they there were out and made recommendations that put me at ease. I was very pleased and happy with my visit and food. You don’t always get a waiter that care about her job and her customers actually enjoying their experience.

I ordered curbside at 9:30am and didn’t get my food until 10:24am. I had to walk in with my sick infant. I initially waited and notified online I was outside and called and was told that they would check and bring it out. They hung up never called back and never came outside. I eventually walked in and my food was sitting at the counter. Several curbsides and pick ups received their food while I was waiting and after the initial call no one picked up again. My food was cold and incorrect. Would not recommend.

I placed my order at 8:56am. I didn’t receive my food until 10:40am. Everyone including the managers kept saying my food was being bagged up and 5 more minutes. I got asked what I ordered every time I saw someone. 5 minutes turned into almost 2 hours. When I finally got my food, it had mushrooms in it which I requested for no mushrooms. I understand they had call outs but my experience was chaotic and ridiculously long.
