My daughter & I stopped in for dinner on Saturday night to grab dinner before a concert. My daughter loves ihop and said it might be the best one she has been to. The food was great but our waitress is what earned the 5 star review. Miranda was so sweet and attentive! She was very nice and all around great energy!

A clean IHOP with fast customer service. Food was affordable, and delicious. Ordered a breakfast plate, blueberries pancakes and French toast.
The breakfast plate tasted good, fresh made. The pancakes were really good and fulfilling along with the French toast. You will come out full for sure❗❗❗

Had to wait 10 mins prior to some one coming back to the front to take our reservation. Then another 10 to be seated. Food was ok although asked for extra crispy hash browns and for the same as every one else. Went to check out at the front and was told I had to wait for my server since apparently there where issues prior to where she wanted to ensure her checkouts. This also took another 5 or so mins of acwardly waiting. Seams there a bit under staffed. It was nice that they had complimentary valet parking however the parking lot had plenty of open spots and not sure how nessacary it really was.

I was here for breakfast. Service was lackluster to say the least. The food came out fairly quickly but tasted very average, even for iHOP standards. Overall a very average experience that could have been improved with better customer service.

The staff were accommodating. my server and the manager were excellent no doubt. I was sat down quickly and offered coffee. my orders was taken and food came out quickly, it’s been a while haven’t had chance to visit IHOP, I was happy service was great not seem to disappoint, interior was clean and spacious, like the atmosphere. I’ll be back for sure.

Although this Ihop is in a high traffic area due to the Intuit Dome, Sofi Stadium & Nokia Forum, this location unfortunately has no sense of urgency. Just to be seated takes awhile! Due to it’s location, management should insure to having a full staff, both in the kitchen & on the floor. We only noticed 1 waitress & multiple employees standing in the back. It’s unfortunate that this Ihop is closet to us but we always decide to travel further away to another location. Hopefully it gets a better

Waited to be seated for ten minutes which wasn’t to bad except that there was a lot a whole bunch more seats on the other side but the wanted to cram everyone in the little seats that unless your a small person you won’t sit or eat comfortably. The food came out and they said plates were hot to be careful yet the food was cold and not made the way we ordered it. Felt rushed and will not be coming back here again

We had an excellent experience thanks to our waitress, Cecilia She was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and it really showed in the way she served us.
The owners are lucky to have someone like her on their team — she represents the restaurant beautifully. I hope they truly value her, because service like that is what keeps customers coming back. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant one!

Fast service.. for us and everything that came in after us. We were eating probably 10 minutes after we placed our order. Great wait staff. Clean dining area and bathrooms.

I visited today and was instantly greeted and seated by the friendly manager.
I got French toast and turkey bacon and scrambled eggs. Everything was cooked perfectly and delivered hot and fresh and quickly.
