Went to this location last night, and it was alright. The food was alright, service for us was good. Can’t say the same for the couple sitting across from us. We were seated about an hour after we first showed up. Don’t blame them it was right after Wrestlemania night 1. The food was alright. I expected more from their pancakes. This was my first time ever at an Ihop, and to be honest, I’m not sure if I was impressed enough to ever go back. I ordered the breakfast sampler with over easy eggs. Again, it was alright. Wife ordered Sirloin tips and eggs. The sirloin was really good but it was cold. And I do mean cold. I am not the type of person to complain to the waiter, especially not when they have a huge crowd of hungry wrestling fans they have to put up with one thing that threw me off was that I ordered Jalapeño cheese bites and the waiter says ” I don’t recommend them”. I felt this was extremely odd for someone to not recommend something without being asked for their opinion.

When I sat down at the table, It took them 8 minutes to acknowledge that I was sitting at the table. Waiters and waitresses were walking by no one said good morning. Hello or anything . Finally, a waiter comes by me and says the reason why it took me so long is because this is not my area to work. I looked at him and was very upset for the way I was treated. I asked if I could speak to the manager about the situation. It took the manager 30 minutes to come and see what the problem was. So the customer service at this IHOP was very poor. I really got offended on how they treated their customers. They had customers waited to be seated. Took them about 20 minutes to get to them. I will not be going back. First thing on my mind is customer service. You should always acknowledge and greet your customers. Your customers are the ones who make your business.
