I’m big on good customer service, they won. Our server Crystal was good energy and positive attitudes, food was so flavorful, the atmosphere was elegant plus the noise level was light. Hubby and I will definitely visit again, first time was cozy and memorable. Drinks on point.

I was very excited to bring some people from out of town to this spot and I been anticipating being that we heard about a great review. We arrived and was surprised that we had the opportunity to valet, which was nice. The casino overall was very nice and the upgrades you can tell that they took time to make it a great look for the West Memphis area. The look of the new Ignite Steakhouse restaurant was very nice and warming. My party and I can agree that the time may was taking to make sure that the atmosphere was nice and not the service and food. I wanted to have so many hopes for the restaurant and was visiting to see how it will be to be a preferred restaurant in the future to bring more guest, but I wasn’t happy with the experience we had over the weekend. We order cocktails and they were very tart. Our waiter wasn’t pleasant and pretty much blame and put everything on the chief and manager when a question or information was asked. When ordering your entrees, we were informed that we can’t change any sides that’s paired with the entrees which we didn’t understand especially if a person have allergies, have other reasons why they can’t eat certain items or just didn’t like them. You couldn’t substitute the items and any additional side was like $7-$8 to add. Once she was able to get one person approved at the table, we waited so long for our food to get it and it be COLD! The crazy thing is that the food was being prepared and you can see them preparing the food. After a time, I did notice that baked potatoes were just sitting in a line already plated with no warmers or anything in the open in the kitchen. Our baked potatoes were so overly cooked (black/burnt look), hard, and cold. The sides were all awful especially the puree spinach. If you ordered a steak, you either received it under or over cooked from what you originally ordered, and nothing was season you basically had to use salt and pepper to eat your food. We didn’t complain because our server seemed to be very agitated with anything that we asked the entire time. As I personally kept asking for a refill that I had to ask multiple times and never received it until after my meal. What I did notice that may would help if they wrote things down. To top off our not so good experience our waitress swiped two couples’ card for the wrong ticket. Once they brought it to her attention, she stated she may have put the card in the wrong place but swiped them for the correct ticket. Both couples looked up the information on their accounts and brought it to her attention again and her response was, “I can SEE if my manager can fix it.” I didn’t understand why she didn’t take charge to be apologetic and let us know that she made a mistake. She never came back with a manager nor took the tickets to “SEE” if she can get it fixed. The couples end up having to pay the difference from the ticket between each other because we were unsure on how and when the matter will be taking care of. Once she finally came back and we told her we worked things out she then tried to say it was hard splitting the ticket in the system (the tickets were already split before them giving their card to her) and trying to explain instead of a simple apology. I don’t know if we will make another attempt to eat here. I cannot express how disappointed I am in my visit here over the weekend and the service and the food was awful. I would love to have high hopes for this restaurant in the future being that we are in that area often.

We ate there last night, and it was delicious. They gave us two kinds of homemade bread. My steak skewer was excellent. It was an appetizer, so I added a side of asparagus. The portion was large. The waiter was very friendly, and professional. I love this place

My husband ordered the cowboy ribeye steak and it was cooked perfectly…I had the Cajun pasta BUT it was way too salty. I over heard our waiter ask the customer next to us “you want to see the manager again”. So I didn’t complain, didnt want to add to the frustration. So I ask for more bread and told the waiter the pasta was too salty, he just said he was sorry and understood if I couldn’t eat it and that he has never eaten it before. If I return I will be sure to order a steak…and get my pasta from an Italian restaurant.

My wife and I went here for dinner and had a excellent experience. Our waitress was very helpful and had good timing. We questioned if the steak would be cooked as good as it should be in a place like this, and they did not disappoint us. Our portions were sufficient. We spend a couple hours there, also enjoying a delicious dessert with well made cocktails. We would go back if the opportunity comes along.

Appetisers were: charcuterie board, oysters. And Main: tomahawk steak, sides: sweet potato and asparagus. Dessert and drinks: crème brûlée and gin n tonic. They also give you bread and butter while you wait for your starters.

I honestly expected a little more,.. Let me say the reservations were for 8p, we couldn’t get seated till 8:40. Our waiter was great once seated. We However the food was not. Asked for more bread 3x, no accommodation. Chowder was luke warm, all 4 steaks we ordered were overly charred! My potatoes were good mash but again, not hot. The cheesecake & shortcake were good, but I wish my dinner was as good.

Made a reservation on the phone . Hostess was very nice . Waiter was attentive and accommodating. Steaks were huge so we had to share- got the bone in Ribeye and was very happy with the steak- cooked perfectly and great flavor . A bit high for the A la cart but expected . Will be back . Casino floor was nice and didn’t encounter any problems while there .

First off, the dinner rolls were pathetically small. The water is just cold tap water! Make sure you get your steak well done because medium was bleeding all over the plate, then to top it off I had to order steak sauce from the back and then I had to wait to eat my food for 20 min until they delivered it to the table… extremely over priced

I had high hopes for this restaurant. This was my second time going to southland since the renovations. A small group of my friends went to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We had reservations.
