1/22/26 My husband and I visited the Ignite Steakhouse – West Memphis, Arkansas Casino location, to celebrate 43 years of our being together. We were not disappointed! We had the the Tbone and fillet mignon steaks with the garlic butter sauce which were both cooked to perfection and absolutely melted in our mouths. Sides were baked potatoes with all the fixings and crispy asparagus like we have never tasted before. Our server Tanya was very attentive, and not overbearing. She attended to our every need and interacted at the correct moments with meaning conversation. The manager James checked to ensure services as well as food were satistisfactory. He was very cordial and exeptionally friendly and we really enjoyed the conversation. Then to top the night the restaurant gave us the most scrumptious berry like cheese cake with a candle, in celebration of our milestone. We were exceedingly pleased with this experience and now Capital Grille as well as Folks Folly have a rival for our future date nights. Thank you Tanya, James and Ignite Steakhouse for giving us a night to remember.

Went there to eat the last night. The dinning room is nice, and the staff is friendly. But… I ordered the “Sea Bass”, my favorite seafood. I was obviously served Swordfish instead (see photo). I’m not sure if it was an honest mistake, a case of “this guy won’t notice the difference”, or it’s just what they “do”, pass off swordfish for sea bass. It tasted fine for what it was, but sea bass is worth the listed price, sword fish is not…

I was a Quality Assurance Professional for over 30 years. I know quality of product as well as quality of service. This establishment sets the bar high for quality of service and meals. I cannot express enough what an incredible experience I had here. The service and food were impeccable. The manager Lamar and his team are providing service and meals long since gone on the current business atmosphere. Alyse, my server made me feel like family. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. 10 stars.

Let me start off by just saying the entire experience was great! I’m not sure why this place has such a low over all ratung and if I’m being honest it almost kept me from going there but my buddy talked me into it and I’m so glad he did. The armosphere was nice, THE. FOOD. WAS. AMAZING. And the service was great! We had Trellius as our waiter and he rocked. We got the wagyu deviled eggs and the shrimp brochette as an appetizer and they were both outstanding. The wagyu deviled eggs were even better than I could have imagined. The meat had this mild sweetness that was just right to compliment the deviled egg. The Shrimp brochette was smoky and meaty and the shrimp was cooked just right. I will say I was a little bummed to only see two of them on the plate for the price but as good as they were, I’d do it again ‍♂️ Then we gpt the 40oz tomahawk steak with Cajun butter, bone marrow gravy, blue cheese butter, sautéed onions and mushrooms all on the side for dipping topping. We also got a side of the creamed corn which was unreal! Now, the tomahawk was absolutely delicious but at first it did come out pretty undercooked, which we told Trellius and not only did he fix it but he also gave us another side of that ass kicking cream corn and a ton more of the bone marrow gravy! It was absolutely fantastic when it came back out the second time. Finally, we finished with an order of the bourbon bread pudding which came with a banana ice cream and it was excellent as well. Great experience! Would 100% recommend!

Update 2/6/26
Liked it so much I drove 3.5 hrs to bring my dad here to eat for his birthday. Got the tomahawk again, of course, to split between the two of us. Had to do the cream corn again for a side, highly recommend it. All the same stuff as last time but this time also got the lobster egg rolls and crav cake appetizer. Let me tell you none of it disappointed. Also got the sweet potato gnocchi which had a very nice sage and subtlety sweet flavor. Thanks for another great experience!

Good experience! Very clean and the vibe is nice. We got to meet the chef and he was amazing. We started with the deviled eggs (next level) and lobster egg rolls. Liked the wedge salad. My lamb was overcooked as was the pork chop but the short ribs and steaks were perfect. Tasty sides and potatoes. The pistachio pot de creme was so so good. The servers were great. Our waitress was okay. We waited a bit between visits and it took like 30 minutes at the end of the meal to get things wrapped up – she only had a couple of other small tables. Prices were good except the appetizers were high for the portion. Overall a very good experience and I’d go back!

Today we decided to come out to the casino just to hang out. Instead of the usual buffet we decided to try Ignite and boy this place did not disappoint. Ignite Restaurant is an absolute standout and a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming, making it perfect for a special night out or a relaxed dinner before enjoying the casino. The service is consistently outstanding—attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly without ever feeling rushed. Marika was our server. Top notch. The food is where Ignite truly shines. Every dish is beautifully presented and packed with flavor, clearly made with high-quality ingredients and care. From perfectly cooked steaks to delicious sides and expertly crafted cocktails, everything is done to perfection. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in delivering an elevated dining experience. Ignite has managed to combine fine dining quality with a comfortable, enjoyable vibe, which is no small feat. It’s the kind of place that makes your evening feel special and leaves you already planning your next visit. Southland Casino is lucky to have such an exceptional restauran

Reservations was @5 didn’t get seated till 5:20. Was extremely cold inside. Got our food was presented really well but appetizer portions were very small VERY! The beef appetizer was really tough. Everything else we ordered was delicious but brought out on the cold side. Prices are too expensive and could be more reasonable. But overall if they would address these issues it would be a nice restaurant.

I was very excited to bring some people from out of town to this spot and I been anticipating being that we heard about a great review. We arrived and was surprised that we had the opportunity to valet, which was nice. The casino overall was very nice and the upgrades you can tell that they took time to make it a great look for the West Memphis area. The look of the new Ignite Steakhouse restaurant was very nice and warming. My party and I can agree that the time may was taking to make sure that the atmosphere was nice and not the service and food. I wanted to have so many hopes for the restaurant and was visiting to see how it will be to be a preferred restaurant in the future to bring more guest, but I wasn’t happy with the experience we had over the weekend. We order cocktails and they were very tart. Our waiter wasn’t pleasant and pretty much blame and put everything on the chief and manager when a question or information was asked. When ordering your entrees, we were informed that we can’t change any sides that’s paired with the entrees which we didn’t understand especially if a person have allergies, have other reasons why they can’t eat certain items or just didn’t like them. You couldn’t substitute the items and any additional side was like $7-$8 to add. Once she was able to get one person approved at the table, we waited so long for our food to get it and it be COLD! The crazy thing is that the food was being prepared and you can see them preparing the food. After a time, I did notice that baked potatoes were just sitting in a line already plated with no warmers or anything in the open in the kitchen. Our baked potatoes were so overly cooked (black/burnt look), hard, and cold. The sides were all awful especially the puree spinach. If you ordered a steak, you either received it under or over cooked from what you originally ordered, and nothing was season you basically had to use salt and pepper to eat your food. We didn’t complain because our server seemed to be very agitated with anything that we asked the entire time. As I personally kept asking for a refill that I had to ask multiple times and never received it until after my meal. What I did notice that may would help if they wrote things down. To top off our not so good experience our waitress swiped two couples’ card for the wrong ticket. Once they brought it to her attention, she stated she may have put the card in the wrong place but swiped them for the correct ticket. Both couples looked up the information on their accounts and brought it to her attention again and her response was, “I can SEE if my manager can fix it.” I didn’t understand why she didn’t take charge to be apologetic and let us know that she made a mistake. She never came back with a manager nor took the tickets to “SEE” if she can get it fixed. The couples end up having to pay the difference from the ticket between each other because we were unsure on how and when the matter will be taking care of. Once she finally came back and we told her we worked things out she then tried to say it was hard splitting the ticket in the system (the tickets were already split before them giving their card to her) and trying to explain instead of a simple apology. I don’t know if we will make another attempt to eat here. I cannot express how disappointed I am in my visit here over the weekend and the service and the food was awful. I would love to have high hopes for this restaurant in the future being that we are in that area often.

By far the best steak I’ve ever had and I love my steak! I had an 8oz filet with garlic butter sauce. My baked potato food arrive cold but our waitress tik care of it right away and bright me a hot one. The water was less than desirable so I just drank more wine. 🙂
