Beautiful open air restaurant with delicious drinks and meals. I went because I saw they had Hawaiian amberjack on the menu and wanted to get some truly local fish- it was delicious. They also customize some of their non-alcoholic drinks, which also sounded delicious, to make them alcoholic for me.

Beautiful views. Other then that, the whole experience was underwhelming. Service was alright, they forgot my dads drink, but the server was sweet and offered it on the house which we declined. The smoked kampachi dip was actually really good, but the tiger roll seemed to not have any crab. I had the grilled shutome, and the presentation was very nice but the fish was dry and lukewarm. Overall, not a bad experience but not impressed.

Google maps hides this little gem from “Seafood Restaurant” results, see image! The food and service exceeded expectations. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor of the Trump International Waikiki, in an open air dining room with a relaxed setting you can enjoy table services or eat in lounge seating. Tables have a view of the city scape and sunset. We made a reservation to enjoy our last night in Waikiki. There is a wide seafood for variety oysters, whole Maine lobster, fresh caught fish, mussels, and sushi and even a kids menu. The chefs tasting Ali’i course ordered Chinese style brought back magical memories of southeast Asia as it was served whole bone-in which made the filets most flavorful! The poke ceviche was so fresh served with delicately sliced crisp red onion, a taste of Hawaii. The non-alcoholic and alcohol drinks were beautiful and very tasty, all made with fresh juices.

Second visit. The first was amazing. Great table service, excellent food, 20% tip added automatically for a party of 5, but it was an amazing experience. We are “on the couches”, outdoors on the deck. Really good. Went back tonight and got a different server, same spot. Burger was disappointing to say the least, cooked perfectly, nice beef, no taste. FYI, you need to season beef, even with salt. Tip not automatically added (same number of guests), food on table and no cutlery, items on the check don’t add up. Really disappointed after such a great first visit.

Normally I don’t eat at a Trump restaurant due to pricing. While in Hawaii I decided to try this restaurant and actually enjoyed it. The cocktails were good and seafood was fresh. I enjoyed the entreescand desserts. Our server was AMAZING. She catered to our every need and made me feel very comfortable while there. She was genuine in all she did while serving us. She deserves an award and letter from Donald Trump for her display of genuine customer service according to Standard Operating Procedures. Being a member of the National Press Club of Washington DC and certified in customer service, I take customers service very seriously. When in hawaii take time to enjoy this restaurant for its scenery, atmosphere, cocktails, food and ask for Sally K as server. ENJOY!!!
