Love this place ☺️ I have to say that these reviews are misleading. Are they good customers, do they tip? I’m treated wonderfully as I am polite and I appreciate good service by tipping. The food is worth the price. Every time I come to Albany I will stop here. Delicious food, very clean and friendly. I’ve been asked to recommend dishes. I recommend everything! The combination dishes are a great way to sample your first time there. The sushi and rolls are fresh and the best I’ve ever had. I’ve never been disappointed on deliveries or in the restaurant. My only complaint is that I have moved north and out of delivery range. I need to get to Albany more.

I placed an order With Doordash. The dasher never gave me my food. I reordered my food and it came but the food was OLD. I am very very disappointed in my experience as a whole and disappointed with the restaurant because I called them and told them I was going to re order and they made the sushi with OLD stuff. I do not recommend at all

The food is not good. The staff are rude. The place is dirty. Used to be owned by a nice family years ago but they are long gone…and the good food and amazing service left with them.

Reading the reviews, I’m starting to think the customers just don’t tip. I tipped my food came pretty quick & FRESH. I ordered bourbon chicken, shrimp & egg fried rice, sushi, a orange chicken combination, & a general tso everything was fresh & hot upon arrival. NO complaints giving 3 stars bc it’s expensive & it’s ok food. I like Ruby’s Asian bistro and it’s cheaper

My husband and I decided to take my parents here from out of town for a nice dinner. MISTAKE. We waited 30 minutes for drinks and then we waited 45 minutes for our food and it wasn’t busy. Sushi, and hibachi all came out at the same time and totally COLD. We are never ones to complain, but we politely asked to have our food remade. The manager comes over and actually bends down to get in my face and was so unbelievably RUDE. If you want hibachi stick to Kani House. Maybe a less nice atmosphere, but at least you won’t have to deal with horrendous service.

I am giving this place 2 stars because I don’t usually have trouble with delivery but for some reason tonight was the worst. Me and my co-worker ordered food and didn’t get it until just under 2 hours later. I had to call several times to see where it was because I was told over and over again that it was on the way. When I got my food it wasn’t cold but wasn’t hot at all. I ordered Mai fun which I was hoping was worth the wait and it definitely wasn’t! I did enjoy the spicy tuna and salmon tuna rolls I ordered but to be honest this may be the last time I order from this place. Good luck!
