I’m not typically a “karen”, but this is frustrating. I just received my order of a Big Chicken Cheesesteak ($9.89), which I made a meal for an additional $3.39. It’s enraging the small amount of fries and drink they give you for how much you spend on a meal, especially with a large sandwich! Do better!

Such a great experience! The staff was on point and moving fast as every table was packed full. This is the first Highway 55 I have seen with a drive-thru which is also cool. The best part, the machine that brought your food! Will definitely be going back for some good old diner food.

Me and a group of friends met for lunch on 5/26/23. We had the best experience with our server Robin. She was so happy and enthusiastic. She talked me into adding bacon and cheese to my fries and it was the best decision I made. The food was outstanding.

Food was good. Service was friendly, but severely lacking. The only thing brought to me correctly that I ordered were my drink, which I had to go get my refills, and the side of fries. Me getting up five times to retrieve an accurate order or grab items I’d ask for if the server had returned just doesn’t make it seem like the service part is necessary. With money not stretching as far these days, I just prefer to spend my money where people actually value your presence enough to acknowledge you’re there and may require further assistance.

This visit to Highway 55 was the most disappointing we have experienced. The restaurant was busy, and the wait staff appeared to be new hires. We go often, and we did not recognize anyone among them. The waiter who took our order seemed unaware of his responsibilities. I ordered a salad, which was supposed to include sliced egg and bacon. I prompted the waiter to take my preference for dressing. He said he did not need to do that. My dining partner order a big double cheeseburger with tomato, lettuce, and onion. Four toppings were supposed to be free. When the robot brought our food, there were no forks, no dressing, and no bacon & egg in the salad. When we received the bill, extra charges had been calculated for tomato ( 50 ¢) onion (50¢) and lettuce (35¢) on the burger. I asked the waiter why we were charged for the toppings. He said he did not know, but he would ask. Another waitress brought an egg to add to my salad. She also went back for some dressing. When the waiter returned with the credit card we used to purchase the meals, we asked, “Did you find out why we were charged for the burger toppings?” He said, “I did not ask. Do you want me to ask?” We threw up our hands in defeat and left.

This has always been a Red hot dog place. I go there expecting them tonight. To my disappointment I received what I compare to a dried up cartoon character. It was not a red Bright Leaf/Carolina Packer hot dog. Staff was very understanding and refunded my money, however I will not be returning as long as they no longer carry a Bright leaf/Carolina Packer Brand.

Came for first time in Lillington.. Table was dirty ordered a burger and fries the fries were salty I had no mushrooms on my burger had hard piece of green pepper I had onion peel in my burger. And I told her I had no mushrooms and she said I should of said something when I got the burger. I had taken two bites and opened the bun. But she did bring me over some mushrooms when half the burger was done. Will not go back. I even had mold on my bun Not worth the money

May 26th we visited thus restaurant. The food was good, love the robot Ms. Betty!! But the customer service from Robin was amazing!! She truly was a blessing to have serve us! I can wait for my return and to see her again! She was phenomenal and needs a raise!!
