The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t that good either. I got the chicken tenders and salad my sister had the Caesar wrap and we split mozzarella sticks. The sticks were not heated all the way through and the ranch was very garlicy. I got mild and garlic parm on the side and enjoyed both dips. My sister said the wrap was pretty good she got a side of Jamaican something sauce which I tried and it was just spicy. The salad was probably the best part of the meal. All was just ok. The drinks had a funky taste to them. The meals were average price for lunch. Service was good. This was my first time but probably won’t try again

I’ve had all good experiences visiting HWY 54 Public House but only after getting food delivered did I realize I needed to review it. Because even delivery was excellent. Somehow the fries and mozz sticks both maintained a hot, crispy texture and were delicious when they got here. I have had different sandwiches, salads, apps, and pizzas from here and have thoroughly enjoyed everything I’ve gotten. I really like to get the cheesesteak as a wrap. The pizzas are great too of course. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Recently moved to the area and still trying to find a regular sports bar for watching games on Sundays. Decidedly to try this place. Didn’t know what to expect going into it. Would I come here to watch the games? No. Would I come here to eat decent food? Yes! They have a large menu but I was starving and it was difficult to land on one thing. I wound up with a calzone and my partner ordered a burger and chips. My calzone – 7.5/10. It’s not the best I’ve ever had. I wish it was a little crispier around the edges and less doughy. My partner rates his burger 6/10. BUT! The chips 10/10 . I won’t be harsh since this was the first time we’ve eaten here. We would definitely like to come back and sample more items from the menu. I’m rating this place three stars but we would come back here and eat again.

Normally we don’t have any issues with this place. However tonight we ordered from Grubhub and my Caesar salad had a live stink bug in it. Difficult to believe it didn’t come from the restaurant since the salad was in the bottom container in the bag. Very disgusted and unfortunate because we normally have a pleasant experience, giving 2 stars for that reason.

Usually stop in for the veg burger which is delicious and very filling. I also really like how they are a bar dedicated to soccer which is unusual for North Carolina. The beer selection is great too and I really enjoy their chips.

We tried this restaurant for the first time and was pleased. Everyone was extremely pleasant and the food was good. We had the hamburger with homemade chips, onion rings and salted caramel ice cream. We will be back

The food was delicious but the service wasn’t very good. We were the only customers in the restaurant and a table sat dirty with plates, food, etc the entire time we were there. It still hadn’t been cleaned when we left an hour later. My husband had to get up and grab menus as none were brought over. The food made up for the bad service though. I had the Carolina Burger and fries. I could have eaten 3 of them, it was that good. My husband had the wings and said they were really good as well.

Ordered Uber Eats (shows up as “Just Wing It” not Public House for some reason)… the wings were nice and crispy, got delivered quickly, flavor was good mild Buffalo is very mild. the quality of the celery was definitely undesirable, limp, pale, soggy. and there was an excessive amount of *liquid* pooling in the bottom of the container. Also I’m pretty sure I ordered bleu cheese dipping sauce and got ranch. And for the love of all things holy please give your to-go orders UTENSILS!!!
