I’ve ordered via GrubHub several times now and they always get it right. GrubHub doesn’t list all the beverage choices and I really wanted a Diet Coke today so I made a note and then also called Hunan to be sure. A really sweet woman answered the phone and assured me that she’d take care of it. Five stars!

I ordered beff and broccoli!! Got this instead, called to let them know. They told me that they gave me beef, and kept telling them NO you gave me chicken or pork but I wanted beef. Could not get them to fix it for me, but will never order from them again. Really upset. Spring rolls and egg rolls are good. Took it back to them. They told me it was beef, NO its not. She told me to bring my soup and everything back, NO ive already eaten it. They then took my plate back that i paid for and would not give it back to me. Screw them. Unprofessional people.

Would not recommend. Quality of food, taste, plating, and preparation was very poor. Beef appeared to be pork. They added on extra fees for pickup, so I ended up paying $40 for $30 worth of food. Everything had the same oily taste, rather than a crisp, fresh taste. Most of the family refused to finish their plates, despite each ordering their favorite Chinese dishes.

Our delivery was on time. We had a large order so I called to check on it and the lady on the phone was nice and told me that the delivery was on the way and thanked me for the order. The food was delicious! Very large portions! We had Sweet and Sour Pork and Chicken- both delicious! Orange Chicken- very good! The Combination Fried Rice was AMAZING! Vegetable LoMein- delicious! Pork Egg Rolls- delicious! The food came Hot and Fresh! We will be ordering again!

Ordered and after an hour and a half we never got our order. Mind you, we live barely 5 minutes away. When called, were told the driver was on their way delivering. After 10 minutes we called to complain and was basically told it was my fault because I changed my order 3 minutes after originally placing my order. When I told them to just cancel order, we didn’t want cold food, I was hung up on. 3 minutes later (making it 1 hour and 43 minutes from placed order) the food was delivered. Which we turned away since cold and sitting so long. Don’t order from here!! Their delivery time is ridiculous!
