Waited to get Alaskan beer while in the airport, and NO beers on tap available. (CO2 down). Ordered crab cakes and dark over-fried balls arrived. (See photo.) My partner ordered a chicken sandwich. No chicken available. They ordered halibut tacos, no tacos available. (5 out of 7 main courses not available…) Our water arrived after 30 minutes and 3 reminders. A huge disappointment. Eat somewhere else!

Humpy’s was recommended by our after cruise bus driver. The food awesome. We had the halibut fish and chips. The halibut chunks were thick and flaky. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Bad food and even worse service. Servers literally do not listen to a word you say, put your orders in wrong, and then never come back to check on you. I waited 45 min for a SALAD, asked about it and was told “there are tickets before you”, meanwhile everyone who came in after me had already eaten and left. I then was approached with a burger and said again I ordered a salad but needed it to go. They brought it out on a regular plate and when I finally got it to go my server was laughing saying he put it in wrong. If you can’t handle service in its basic form, maybe you shouldn’t be a server in an airport when people have flights to catch. I had about 3 hours before my flight when I sat down at that table. I ended up having to eat my food from a to go box at my gate. Dumb.

Oh no, no, no. I absolutely hate finding nothing redeeming about a place. This is located in the Anchorage airport. We sat down to order, and the waiter was uncomfortably close to us. We ordered diet cokes. While we were waiting, I heard the bartender complaining about how useless his manager was. Talking loudly at the bar stating that he has t shirt pockets more useful than his boss. Stated they had a leak repaired with duck tape. Tuned him out. The original waiter comes back with drinks, and they were so close to his face that I would never think of drinking that! My friend and I decided to leave. We paid for the drinks that we didn’t drink and left. On the way out, we heard a different person at the table attempting to order, and they were out of just about everything. She even asked well what do you have. Hard Pass on this place.
