Went for a hot coffee. Gave us a freezing cold coffee which we had to drive back to return. Then had to wait almost 15 minutes for a new coffee. We shouldn’t be getting old cold coffee. And if they knew they had to brew they should inform their customers. Not make them cluelessly wait. Time is money. And if your making us wait. Then compensate in some way. Better customer service is needed

Very bad service through the drive-through, no matter which McDonald’s I go to. Sometimes they don’t include all the items I ordered, or they refund a lower amount when an item is missing. This consistently happens everywhere, and it appears suspicious, as if they are intentionally doing it. The service is very poor.

There isn’t much you can say about s McDonald’s. This one is as expected. It’s very open and bright which gives a nice feel. The entire place is quite clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and the food was very well prepared and NOT sloppy. I took one star off because it said play area available which is no longer true. The play area was dismantled during renovation a few years ago.

Went in here for takeout. The staff were super attentive and the service was great. Our order was ready in no time. We got our usual: McChicken, CheeseBurger, Large Fries and a medium hot Caramel Latte.

What’s going on with the services out here, Sara how ever you spell her name told me I am unable to use a mcdvoice coupon because it wasn’t her store that last served me with confidence. What the f.c( is going on. I thought we leave a voice and we can go to our locals and receive the deal wich was promised. What are you promoting McDonalds what’s going on shape it up. ALL orders at every McDonald’s locations should have Ketchup in the bag. It doesn’t have to be asked for, it’s automatic. EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. And if any McDonald’s establishment doesn’t do this or understand this, then the issue will be fixed properly. Put the Ketchup in the bag, simple.

This McDonald’s has very good service. You order what you want and get it right the very first time. This is what I like. The patrons were very professional, courteous and kind. I will come back to this McDonald’s again in the near future!! Thank you!!
