I visited this location twice today. In the morning I appeared to be the first customer. The staff was busy cleaning the restaurant and prepping for the day. The two who were at the front we’re very pleasant a young man and a young woman with a happy and pleasant attitude. The food was good and the service was excellent. I would definitely give the first visit five stars.
The second visit not so much… I was waited on by a young girl who was more interested and giving her phone number to a young man on a receipt then paying attention to her stations. On this second trip they were too young girls working as servers and a young man working the grill. The young man was hustling and really busy there were at least three or four tables that seem to have their orders and and he still got my food out hot and in a timely manner. …Trel YOU ARE FIVE STARS great Hustle. The young man on the grill was very polite and asked for help a couple of times in a reasonable manner and one of the young girls responded don’t yell at me even though he was not yelling and was acting responsible. I know the interaction between the co-workers was playing and they seemed to have a good work relationship however for someone like me who is from out of town that may not know they are friends could misinterpret their conversation.
Lastly in my second visit I noticed how quickly the restaurant had become dirty from the mornings cleaning. I give my first visit with the first crew five stars as well as the grill cook from my second visit. These are the only reasons why I didn’t give 1 star.

I have been here twice since it has reopened. First time was around 5pm on a Saturday and it was very busy. The waitress I had a wonderful attitude and was great! The food was also very good getting to the table in a timely manner. Now, the second time I went was around 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. I was waited on fairly quick but aside from that I didn’t see my waitress at all. I was one of three tables in the building and waited nearly 40 minutes for my meal, “MVP Breakfast”. I will say everything was hot when I got it but compared to my last visit, which I ordered the same thing, the quality was no where near as good. First visit definitely a 5 star rating. My second visit I’ll give it a 2 star rating, the tea was pretty tasty haha.

Terrible service. There approximately ten people there and Cynthia the Manager was telling people there would be an hour wait as they walked in, telling customers that had taken their seat that she was only one person and would get there when she could. At one point she told a coworker to “lock the door, I don’t care if they fire me.” It was totally unprofessional. The food was fine but the experience will keep me from going back. I understand being short staffed and frustrated but you don’t let that show to the customers, you should hold your head high and do the best you can.

Service was very good. The location just opened so one can tell that the waitresses aren’t completely confident, but they make up with it by attentiveness and enthusiasm. A refresher from most places which just throw some drinks at you and then ignore you for the rest of the time. Food service was a bit on the slow side. I’m sure this will be fixed with time as their cook learns the workload and the ideal way to do things. Food quality was real good. The amount they give you as all Huddle Houses is largely absurd and too much, but that is never a negative. Given that the location is new, all the furniture is new and in great condition and everything is very clean as well. Lets hope it stays that way.

Server Ebony was very polite and attentive. The manager made her wait 5 minutes before she could verify my coupon. She then asked me how my service was as well as my server. I then gave a positive response and she reaponded with something sarcastic and negative about the server. I have had the same server the last two times I’ve visited with perfect service. Yet, the manager appears to be very disrespectful to her.

After 3 visits, I feel like I can provide a solid review.
My first visit was pleasant, the staff was friendly and the food was hot. Although, it did take nearly 45min to get our food, I attributed it to them being busy.
My second visit was awful. I called in my order from work and 30min later, when I arrived, my food was not ready. I sat around for another 20min waiting on my food. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect and missing half of the food. I waited an additional 15min for the remainder of my meals. Needless to say, the first half of the food was ice cold by the time I got the second.
My third visit BLEW MY MIND. I walked in to place my order, the restaurant was nearly empty. I approached the cashier and proceeded to place my order. She stopped me immediately and said that the grill was down. The only thing they would be serving today would be waffles, and bacon and eggs cooked in a microwave. 830am on a Friday morning and the only thing you have to offer is waffles and microwave cooked eggs, WHAT IN THE WORLD???
I will not be giving this restaurant a 3rd chance.

This was the worst experience since we went to farmville. 7 employees. 3 customers still got our food wrong after waiting an hr. Not in sync. Everyone talking. Waitress messed up so cook messed up. We sent in 2 allergies warnings still gave us food we’re allergic 2. Thanks but no thanks. Bad shift? Need for training up here. Thoroughly Dissapointed. id give a negative star if i could.

When I arrived, there were maybe 4 tables occupied so there were plenty of available tables but all of them were dirty, piled up with plates, or both. I chose the least dirty table and sat down. I got my order in fairly quickly, but then waited an hour and never got my food. Eventually I just left and went somewhere else to eat. While waiting on my food, I observed that the two cooks continually disappeared for 10-15 minutes at a time. Out of 4 or 5 waiting staff, only two seemed to do anything and none of them were cleaning up tables when people left. The entire experience was a joke and I definitely won’t be going back.

Jessica is definitely a great server ad cook. Food was served hot and service was great. Only complaint that I have is mostly everytime I come the floors and tables are dirty and staff either in the back or standing around talking. My suggestion would be to hire a person to keep the place clean or let staff know, between services they should be sweeping, wash off tables, and etc. Dirtiness is a turn off and I love going there.
