Gyros were cold as ice and I submitted order once I walked in the restaurant from mobile app just so it wouldn’t be cold I guess they don’t make it fresh to order smh

Everything was cold and old, tough and soggy. I definitely got at least 2 or 3 hour lunch leftovers. Also, half the roast beef sandwich was big thick chunks, probably the heel of the beef. Just terrible. Tried to call and speak to someone, but no one would answer the phone (3pm on a weekday).

Not sure whats been going on at this location recently but its been awful. Whoever the white woman with blonde hair in drive thru at 6 pm on 9/5 was need some SERIOUS coaching. I ran restaurants and worked in them for years, during covid mind you, so I know what to look for- she kept asking “anything else??” in a harsh tone several times even when I EXPLICITLY SAID I needed a moment, she didnt greet me at the window, handed me my shake and rolled her eyes as she walked away, practically threw my bag at me (while LOOKING AT HER PHONE BETWEEN PACKING FOOD- she literally was staring at her phone as she walked the bag over to me), and just left a sour taste in my mouth. The car behind me also just drove off after hearing my conversation and being greeted by her. Whoever is running this store needs to either fire her or give her some serious coaching because although I come here sometimes, I dont see myself coking back at all to give my money to people who dont appreciate me.

I stopped by last week after researching their health department score. I started eating my curly fries and noticed a long string of blonde hair in my food. I ended up throwing my entire meal away. I don’t understand why restaurants don’t enforce everyone to wear hair nets. I was extremely disappointed.

Always the best place for roast beef sandwiches, ruven, gyro and buffalo sliders. We love trying new selections. Mac n Cheese bites are great! Service with a smile, whether it’s 1030 am or closing!! Consistent food and service. Yes fast food, but always get what we expect!

Food was hot. The guy that took my order also prepared my food. But he had the best attitude and customer service and also gave me water for free. He was very sweet. He was helping the actual guy out who was working the window. Late night shifts lol the honey mustard chicken wraps were great the ranch wraps were not so much. But the curly fries were hot!
