I took my mom to dinner here last night. There was a slight issue with how her steak was cooked, while she ordered medium well, it seemed to be well done. The manager was AMAZING! He took care of her meal and our dessert. The only issue I would say I had was the fact that the recommended tip on the receipt reflected what would have been the original cost of the meal, not what we were responsible for. I did not mind tipping it because our waiter worked hard and deserved more than 22% of what we would have paid.

Food is always good and the service is always fast and polite. The menu is creative and diverse. The atmosphere is lively but grown up. Love trying new dishes when they come out but also love their classics. My favorite is the stuffed mushrooms. Definitely check this place out!

I frequent here quite often, the food is really good and restaurant always appears clean. I say its an overall good place to get a meal and a drink or two. I went here one year for Valentine’s day and my boyfriend and I were sat at a booth but out waiter kept us waiting for 30 minutes before we were even offered water.. the manager made it a point to give us vouchers and comped out meal for the night. I also had another experience when I came here with my friend…we had an elderly waitress who had a horrible vibe and attitude. I explained to her that I didn’t like the soup I ordered and she exhaled heavily and gave me the look of death,she then said in a nasty voice that she needs to ask her supervisor if I could change it… I brought my experience to the attention of the manager at the time and he basically just apologized and didn’t even try to offer a dessert or a meal comp… overall good place to dine… I just had a few experiences that turned me off.

The food was surprisingly good for a chain restaurant. I hadn’t been in a Houlihan’s in a few years and was very pleased with the menu selection, service, and decor. Our waiter was very pleasant and on the ball, and he made excellent suggestions for our appetizers and entrees. Food was cooked and seasoned to our liking, and perfect timing between appetizers and entrees.

I went there along with some family and friends after church. We were about ten people. We politely asked for a table and in return the hostess gave us a dirty look. They gave us a thirty minute wait time when the place was clearly empty. In addition the food is honestly not that great. I do not recommend this place to eat. Otherwise good for a drink at the bar. Last time we came here before today it wasn’t so bad. Mix feeling about the staff.

When for the Thanksgiving Dinner. Very disappointed. They were understaffed. We arrived at 4pm. The meal was not worth the price. It took 30 minutes before they served a small cup of soup or salad. Then we waited 45 minutes for the main course to come out and they were out of cranberry sauce. How do you run out of cranberry sauce 5 hrs before you close.
