Let me start out by saying, I love Charley’s! I have worked in the food industry for 14 years and the service and employee work ethic at this location was not even subpar. At 2:30pm on 6/18 I ordered a regular Philly, no pickle, large peach lemonade and fries w/bacon-side of ranch. Employee was vaping in the back while the other two were getting orders. At first I thought there was 5 employees, but two of them were not even employees in the back as I saw them walking around the mall later. I had all the time in the world to observe because 15 min. After ordering, I received my sub w/no tomato— when asked they told me the food truck didn’t come today, there was no bacon on my fries- they proceeded to ask me if I even wanted the bacon because it was frozen. At that point, I just told them to give me my food as my family was already finished eating at this point. I was not the only customer frustrated with this service. I asked for a receipt and they didn’t know how to print one after the fact (wanted for review). Suggestion for employees: stock your product after you use it, stop vaping and chit chatting on the job. These employees do not take their job seriously. I am not surprised this location has low stars on google. This was a terrible experience and I will NEVER be back. I ate a few bites and went to the sushi place because of course the meat was soooo over done. What a waste of $17.

My fiancé went to grab me lunch since I work at the mall and I didn’t get anything for lunch. He came back ten minutes laying with a small little cup of cold fries, he said that they forgot to put down fresh ones and gave me whatever was leftover, the filling in my cheesesteak was nothing but cheese, few pieces of meat and one pepper. I showed my coworkers and told them that my fiancé payed 11 dollars for barely anything

I really do love the Buffalo sub, but every time there’s problems with it and staff is horrible. Tall dark hair guy cooking is rude and made me a small when I paid for large than slapped alittle more meat on it called it good. Girl at the counter rude as well very long wait time and wasn’t even that busy makes me sad

Managers need to be there for the afternoon and evening shifts, the young girl who checks you out has ZERO customer service skills. She won’t even take another order until the last order is served. 9 out of 10 times, they are out of green peppers and mushrooms….how can you sell Philly cheesesteaks without them???? The other young man, tall with dark brown hair, also has zero customer service skills. Very sad, because their food can be amazing when made right. I pray you hire better help soon and stock your store with enough veggies for the day.

Food was great. Service was awful by girl with short pink hair. Made other girl do all the work and just stood there while waiting to have order taken. Two others in front of me went to Kobe’s because she wouldn’t take their order while other girl was cooking. When the other girl had a moment she took my order and was very polite.

Absolutely terrible experience every time, I go here for the lemonade (I don’t trust their “meat” and I’ve never seen those guys wash their hands). Every worker is absolutely terrible at their job. Often they sit in the back without even coming up front to serve or they never say anything and you have to do the “customer service” part for them. Place is literally a joke and the workers don’t deserve the minimum wage they make.

Stood in line to order something with my wife, but the one worker behind the counter was obviously too busy to acknowledge a waiting customer. So needlessly to say we went to the vendor next door. I understand people being busy , but you still acknowledge waiting customers. Will not return.
