Closing manager was not friendly and not inviting. We came in to eat 45 minutes before closing and 3 times during ordering he stated they were closing in 45 minutes and then 2 times in less than 40 minutes. We understood the first time but did not say anything about it to him. Then also told us that if we would have been one minute later into the restaurant we couldn’t have ordered the churros because he was closing that machine down. I still did not say a single word to him about it. Then he approached our table and told us they were closing in 20 minutes we were already cleaning our space up and getting ready to throw our trash before he approached us. I never post negative reviews about places I visit but this one was well deserved.

The food was really good, the service was bare minimum. Getting the server to communicate back with us was like pulling teeth. We kept asking questions because we’d never been there, and after about the 3rd time of my husband asking “so how does this work?” Finally, a manager came out and said,” It’s just like Subway….” Thank God it was nothing like subway… and why would you compare this great tasting food to subway??? weird. Anyway, I felt like we couldn’t ask anymore questions without getting an attitude at 1 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I guess I’d expect to be rushed through at closing, not In the afternoon. It was actually expensive for taco food. Maybe if the service was better, I wouldn’t have been so disappointed with spending 45$ on 2 meals….this could be a great place if people would hire people that actually want to work and help the customers when they have questions about the place. If people don’t want to work, then don’t make them work. I’m so tired of seeing unhappy employees serving over priced food with little to no enthusiasm for someone elses business and running off customers on their first visit. We were the only customers there ordering… trying to enjoy an otherwise awkward date now because of the weirdness behind their counter….and wouldn’t you know that when we got our food, this empty restaurant didn’t even have a clean place to sit??? Who owns these types of restaurants and just allows their employees to ruin their business because they don’t wanna be there working?

The guy who waited on me tonight Monday June 26th at 830 has an attitude. Shorter guy brown hair. I will not be back. I always enjoyed the food, but he is not the only employee with attitude issues. I would say 50 % of my visits I have negative experience with employees. Most not terrible, just annoying. Tonight was bad. But always good on the food so there’s something for you to build on ! LoL

First time visitor, food was good although one worker was nice but the other looked like she was having the most miserable time of her life, eye rolls, just rude in all. Had passive aggressive tone I asked for a lid for my bowl and she asked what size I had and I wasn’t sure so the other worker who took my order told her and she rolled her eyes and threw the lid at me. Very poor costumer service.

First time here or any hot head location and I was very impressed with the selection of all kinds of different options. Honestly so much to choose from that the employees had a lot of recommendations. The sauces were very good. Would highly recommend getting a order of churros for dessert. I got my burrito toasted and it definitely added to the flavor. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the sweet habenro just too different for me inside a burrito.

Good atmosphere in here. Young kids trying to earn some money. They’re all polite and respectful. The manager is really cool too!

Usually don’t complain about stuff but I was dissatisfied to say the least. The chicken in my rice bowl was chewy. The rice was hard. The cookie was a day past it’s used by date. Everyone there was super nice tho which is why I’m giving it 2 instead of 1 star

Terrible portioning! Terrible attitude by employee. We eat at hot heads regularly and usually enjoy it. Not these last few times. Customer service is still important!!!!!! So is portioning considering the rising prices. You can’t charge more and give less!

$13.95 for one small cookie, a 21 oz drink and this blob of a “quesadilla.” Bottle cap for size reference. This is just a balled up tortilla with toppings inside. I was also unaware that the lettuce and Pico was going to be thrown in with it so the lettuce was all slimy and nasty inside. Pico and lettuce are supposed to go on cold. The tortilla was super gross, not at all grilled like a quesadilla should be. I ate about a quarter of it because I was hungry but couldn’t stomach the rest. It was just really gross and I wish I could just get my money back. That was a lot of money to me. Was going to just spend $5 at Wendy’s but thought I’d treat myself to something better. Regret that choice. Staff were friendly, I can comment on that.
