Today there was an older lady working with a younger gentleman the womans customer service 0/5 the younger gentleman customer service 5/5 the zucchini and squash were cut so thin I could barely even taste it and I had to pay $.75 for extra and I barely had any in my bowl. Very disappointing. Little to no flavor. The woman was extremely rude throwing the corn onto my bowl. Just unacceptable customer service- had an attitude from the moment we walked in

My wife and I went in to get some lunch on 01/05/2026 around 3 PM and were met by an employee who gave us nothing but dirty looks and aggressive staring, he made us both feel very uncomfortable for the entire time we were getting our food. Once we did get our food and leave I found black hairs in my food which was the same color as that employees hair. Disgusting

I think the staff could benefit from better training and understanding when it comes to food allergens. When I came in and mentioned my allergy, I was met with blank stares instead of guidance or recommendations on what I could or couldn’t have.

It was disappointing because there aren’t many quick, fast-food style places I can safely order from, and I was genuinely excited to try Hot Heads. While I’m very aware of my allergy and usually know what I can and can’t eat, it’s reassuring when the staff is knowledgeable enough about their products to help answer questions or make suggestions if needed.

This experience left me feeling a bit let down, and I hope improvements can be made in allergen awareness and customer support in the future.

Hot Head Burritos is a casual fast-food chain similar to Chipotle. recently visited for lunch in late November 2024.

There are many options on the menu here. However, the food is not very good. The flavors are dull and the portion sizes for the proteins here are very small. I got a bowl and there was very little meat when compared to the rice and vegetables.

The best restaurant to compare Hot Head to is Chipotle. The taste and flavor of Chipotle food is better than that of Hot Head. The same is true with portion sizes

The customer service here is very good. I was able to get my food fast and had a good experience in this regard. The restaurant is clean and organized well. There is a good amount of seating and the restaurant was not crowded during my visit.

Food was good. My only complaint is that the pico de gallo and the corn salsa wasn’t warm. There was more cold food on my burrito than warm so my burrito was cold when I ate it.

First time here or any hot head location and I was very impressed with the selection of all kinds of different options. Honestly so much to choose from that the employees had a lot of recommendations. The sauces were very good. Would highly recommend getting a order of churros for dessert. I got my burrito toasted and it definitely added to the flavor. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the sweet habenro just too different for me inside a burrito.

Service was great and order was 4-5 items correct. Just had one taco that was made incorrectly but other than that it was perfect.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I placed a takeout order at 9:11 PM for pickup at 9:30 PM. My pregnant fiancée was specifically craving a bowl with no sauce. When I arrived, I immediately noticed the bowl had sauce on it.

I politely asked if it could be remade. Bryson, the manager on duty, had AirPods in and was clearly rushing to close up—well before the 10 PM posted closing time. He slapped together a new bowl sloppily, using noticeably reduced portions, and tried to mask it with an overload of sour cream. I asked if everything was included—he confidently said yes. It wasn’t. The bowl was ice cold and missing major ingredients.

When I got home and opened it, my fiancée—pregnant and emotional—broke down in tears. The bowl was practically empty: no veggies, 1/4 portions of everything else, and freezing cold. There is no excuse for this. If your store is open, the quality should remain consistent from open to close.

I called back to request a refund. Bryson answered and stood by his work, saying it was done “by the book.” When I pointed out missing ingredients like the pan-seared veggies, his story started to change. Though initially respectful, his tone quickly shifted when I asked how he planned to resolve the situation. He refused to take accountability, insisted the food met standards, and claimed they were busy—even though I was the only customer there.

The worst part? He laughed when I mentioned filing a complaint and sarcastically wished me luck speaking to the GM—implying nothing would come of it. No apology, no compensation, just disrespect.

It’s now 10 PM on a Monday night and we’re scrambling to find another dinner. This experience was beyond disappointing—it was outright disrespectful.

Avoid this location at all costs. If negative stars were possible, they’d earn it. This store does not value its customers, quality, or basic decency. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously, and if not, I hope a better-run business takes its place.

$13.95 for one small cookie, a 21 oz drink and this blob of a “quesadilla.” Bottle cap for size reference. This is just a balled up tortilla with toppings inside. I was also unaware that the lettuce and Pico was going to be thrown in with it so the lettuce was all slimy and nasty inside. Pico and lettuce are supposed to go on cold. The tortilla was super gross, not at all grilled like a quesadilla should be. I ate about a quarter of it because I was hungry but couldn’t stomach the rest. It was just really gross and I wish I could just get my money back. That was a lot of money to me. Was going to just spend $5 at Wendy’s but thought I’d treat myself to something better. Regret that choice. Staff were friendly, I can comment on that.
