I love Hot Bagels, but this location is a disappointment. The last few times I’ve come in, I’ve been served overly well done bagels or incorrect orders. The last 2 times in particular, I asked for an “everything bagel” and it was missing all the typical seasonings. My husband’s sesame sandwich was also extremely crisp and lacking seeds as well. When I asked for a new bagel, the staff had nothing really to say. The Ventnor and Margate locations are superior to this one – exceptional bagels with a kind and hard working staff. I will not becoming back anytime soon.

This place is so south Jersey. It’s always on point but if you happen to go in when the cashiers and cooks are fighting with each other it might not be the best sandwich ever. Oh well, you get what you get or you get out!

Since your store updated to the registers the. Cstomer service has gone way down. Today I entered and no customers were in the store. I placed my order for 2 sandwiches, not to be toasted. Of course when i arrived at my desk, they were toasted. Also your cashier Ariana was texting and continued. I addressed that she was on her phone texting. Taking my order, she answered her text. I stated that was I professional. Watch out for your orders when departing!

They put together a catering breakfast tray for me that was fabulous! So fresh and everything was great! They even carried it out to my car. Thank you Hot Bagels Northfield. Definitely highly recommend.
