I also don’t like to complain but I have no choice!! DON’T use the word steak in your name of the restaurant because the steak my husband ordered was a thin and I mean thin pan fried t-bone steak..he was expecting a grilled steak…I had salad bar which was just ok..service was good and restaurant was clean but the name of the restaurant is definitely deceiving..needless to say we won’t be going back..

Soup and Salad Bar was fine. But it took almost 40 minutes for us to get our food (a crab cake, a steak and a burger which shouldn’t have been more than 20-25 minutes) and they messed the steak up by putting in an order of tips instead of a T-Bone. I’d understand if they were busy busy. But there were maybe 20 people in the whole restaurant. Really disappointing all things considered.

The service was 5 stars. Our waitress Darlene was friendly and helpful in our choices. We really appreciated her suggestions. We had a good meal overall. I just can’t give the food 5 stars.

Although the staff was friendly, the food was tasteless, and the rice was mushy. The salad bar was good but could be cheaper. Some food items did not have flavor or claim to be what the menu said it was, like the sweet Chili Shrimp. It had no chili flavor at all, but it was sweet, I’ll give you that! Don’t think I will return. This is the second time we came but at a different location. Still did not meet my expectations!

I hate to be the person that complains, but we won’t be returning. For starters, my fiance and I ordered, he ordered a burger and a salad, that was average, but I ordered a crab cake, and steak tips- medium rare. After a half hour our waiter finally came out and informed us the oven was broken and I was not getting my crab cake. I was disappointed but I was looking forward to a decent slab of barely cooked beef all day so I got over it. 45 minutes and the place was not overly busy, a few tables but definitely not hopping. Our dinners were delivered. I cut into my tips and they were well-done and not any trace of pink at all. I was sick of waiting so when my fiance caught the waiter’s attention he asked if I wanted them replaced. But we really just wanted to go home so I begrudgingly told him I would eat them. I know it’s not the kid’s fault , and it was the (most likely) high school kid at the grill. Overall pricey for an all-around inadequate dining experience, where the only thing I can commend them on is the soup and French fries.
