The WORST chipotle location my husband and I have ever been to. Don’t waste your time or money here. My husband and I had a terrible experience. The employees attitude leaves us speechless. They were incredibly rude. I ordered steak tacos, a kids meal for our daughter, and chicken tacos. When they made the steak tacos, they only made 2 when it comes with 3?? When my husband questioned they were incredibly rude, and they didn’t even make his chicken tacos, like AT all. This is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Would highly suggest not to come to this location and would definitely drive further out would never get food from here again. The situation made us loose our appetites. The steak was so spicy could barely eat it. The kids meal was half the portion it normally is! They also tried to overcharge for our meals, tried to charge for every topping, then they didn’t even make my husbands food at all! Literally the worst experience we have EVER had at a chipotle. Terrible the manager needs to do something or corporate. I’ll definitely be reaching out to corporate as well.

I placed an online order at 2:15 with a scheduled pickup time of 2:30. When I arrived at the restaurant, my food hadn’t even been started. I asked a team member when my order would be ready, and I was dismissively told they would “start working on it soon.” I then had to wait an additional 30 minutes, only to finally receive cold food that was made incorrectly. The person preparing the order was excruciatingly slow, and the staff showed absolutely no concern or apology for the fact that I waited a total of 40 minutes for something I ordered in advance.
To make matters worse, the entire restaurant was a disaster. The trash was overflowing, the soda machine was broken but they were still selling soda cups as if it worked, and I noticed food sitting out for over an hour—completely unacceptable.
And as if this wasn’t bad enough, it’s finals week for me, and I am already dealing with the most stressful week of the year. This experience wasted my time, ruined my day, and made an already terrible week even worse.
Also, why are there beans on top of my lettuce?????

Was getting a burrito and this First Lady who originally started the burrito was great she knew there wasn’t enough chicken for my burrito and asked her line partner to get more chicken and instead of doing that she gave me the half scoop of chicken and said that it was a portion size even though it clearly was not and when I mentioned that she called over her “manager” who he def wasn’t and said it was without even looking over. Real great employees. No wonder this place is rated less than 3 stars.

Employees got attitude and are rude. From the moment you walk in they are rushing your order and do not care if you get the right amount of food or not. You ask for double beans then all you get is barely above one scoop total because they are scooping so quickly. I pay one dollar for a chimichurri salsa and I get a 3 quarters empty pack of it, whereas in other locations Employees are nice and gentle , and they give you the right amount of food for your buck.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place practically begged for one. From the moment you walk in, the attitude is louder than the staff. Every employee I’ve encountered radiates a level of impertinence you’d expect from a satire — but sadly, this is real life. The building itself? Filthy, over flowing with trash, old food out, and extremely unsanitary. I hate to say it b/c I love Chipotle, but have never experienced one this poor.

Ordered DoorDash around 9pm food got here stone cold, barely any meat, undercooked rice. Bowl was halfway full if I’m being generous. No plasticware or napkins which isn’t a huge deal but damn throw me a bone. Will make sure it is NOT this location next time I try to get some food. $40 for 2 kids meals and a bite of steak.

I’m from New York, so I go to Chipotle very often. The service here is inconsistent. Portion sizes are very small. I feel the emptiness when I shake my bowl. Another thing is, why do I have to find my chicken? I need my protein. I am very polite with the workers when I ask for extra chicken. I always get side-eyed, but they’re not smart enough to communicate and charge me for normal chicken.
