I ordered Thai chicken with spinach wrap. I wanted support this business but there is not enough chicken in the wraps and didn’t worth the money I paid… it’s taste good but I was still hungry I hope owner will eat all the foods to see if it’s really want to serve customers like this?

This use to be my spot some years ago. But unfortunately the food quality here has declined. The wraps use to be large, full, and flavorful. The menu has changed and the food overall isn’t that great anymore.

They never answer the phone. Customer service is slow. I will never visit the establishment after being a customer for years because my last visit there on a Friday evening waitress, Natasha thought it was cool to have myself and four other customers wait for her to take my and their orders while she cleaned up for the evening. After taking my order, she continued to clean and told me we need to wait five minutes before preparing our orders.

I’m literally only giving this place 3 stars because I really try to support you guys. But my last 2 orders were horrible. Will be inserting pictures. And something told me to look at the reviews today to see if I was just getting a bad batch or maybe it was a bad day. But 5 reviews in 2 weeks that are 1 star is truly expected. And it’s obvious the owner doesn’t care cause it’s not changing. I paid $40 for 2 grilled chicken wraps and 2 smoothies right? As always. I don’t care about price for good food. But this time my sandwich is drenched in Caesar dressing mostly and it’s like the portion of the sandwiches are not the same at all…. Mind you it’s always a hit or miss. Because sometimes their either super dry or super drenched. No decent ratio. I’m super disappointed. My smoothie is so thick I have to let it “melt” and the the sweet potato fries are super salty today. Each review I’ve read, I probably had the same issue even when it comes to customer service. In the past I’ve been on hold for 7 minutes and pulling up and the girl was doing absolutely nothing to not take my order. I know nothing is going to change but think twice before spending your good money here. I will no longer be purchasing from them. And please don’t respond with your email either because I don’t care about no $10 off for sh***y service. I’m really mad because why did I bite into one end of my wrap to be drenched in sauce. I had to spit it out and open it up. Inserting pictures. Unacceptable.

This place has seriously gone down in reference to quality and portion of food. I was highly disappointed when i ordered the salmon bowl with spinach and Kale, Saturday. THE salmon did not taste or look like salmon. The salmon tasted and looked like Tilapia or maybe some other white fish. It was also dry and flavorless. The spinach was frozen spinach, not fresh and for 25.00 you would expect fresh spinach. The smoothie I ordered was good. A little sweet for my taste with cane syrup but okay.

I love this place! BUT I am tired of being kept on hold the phone. I just wanted to order my food through phone call since it’s not listed online but it is listed in their store. This is the 3rd time being kept on hold and this time, it was for 15 minutes. At first I was patient because I understand the communication is hard to keep up with but then it continued to be repetitive. Now it passed the line because they never got back to me. How do you immediately answer and say “Can you hold on for one second” to just never get back. Very disappointed. Called a little after 7pm and the place closes at 8. Doesn’t make sense.

The other day I got HLS Juice Bar & Grill for lunch. Was absolutely disappointed. I got the Grilled Salmon Bowl w/ Honey Jerk Sauce, Spinach, & Broccoli. For starters the Salmon was SUPER dry, but the amount of Salmon they give you offsets the texture, in a way. The Honey Jerk sauce was, good?!? There were equal, amazing and disgusting, bites as you ate the sauce. Personally wouldn’t order it again as a sauce topping. The Spinach was nearly immaculate. Great flavor. Texture. Seasoning. Everything! No complaints what so ever on the spinach. The broccoli was a combo of steamed and/or baked. My only complaint about the broccoli was the portion size! In fact, the portion size comparable to the price in general is not worth it at all. I enjoyed HLS, but I would not order that same meal again next time. Have been going to HLS since Mecc first opened it. The flavor and soul has def changed. All in all, if you want a decent tasting, healthy meal, def try out HLS. A lot of their other menu items are AMAZING! Just a bit pricey if you are a first timer.

I’ve been here at least 4 times and every time I go, the food and the service is good. I tell all my friends about this place and they love the variety of options. Even my vegan friends can eat here. I love it. The mango smoothie is my favorite. I personally recommend the chipotle salmon wrap Or any of the brown rice bowl options with the Thai sauce. So good.
