Stopped in while passing through Redmond, not realizing this is no longer an A&W, much to my dismay. Decided since I was there, I would go ahead and order something. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The burger was quite thick, especially for the price (comparing to other food places).

Best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Fresh local vegetables and meat. Very clean atmosphere and fast service. Everyone is very friendly, I highly recommend it! I eat here at least twice a week!

Noticed the past couple of times food has been old, and tonight asked one of the employees there if they could make a few items fresh. Got told bluntly that they weren’t able to. It used to be good food now not so sure. Anyone who comes here it’s up to you if you want old food from them of late. This why I have given them a two star rating.

Our order: #5 with curds and a #2 and a kids cheese burger. I didn’t taste the fries but the curds were alright. The burgers were nothing special for the price that they are. It’s something I’d expect to make at home or at a bbq. And my coke didn’t taste very good, tasted almost florally. There’s nothing on this menu that would bring me back.. well maybe a swirl cone. MAYBE.

This place is awesome! The burgers are great, the chicken strips are awesome…and so are the tots. And their fry sauce rocks! Fresh ingredients, local beef, and super awesome friendly employees. Just go. Eat. You’ll love it!

12 dollars for a burger with no fries and you deep fry bacon instead of cooking it fresh on the flat top? With the prices I saw you should be making everything fresh! You can get the same burger at Applebee’s for less and they cook fresh bacon…….

Ordered a bacon cheese burger and curds along with grilled chick no lettuce and with cheese and bacon and curds with 2 ice cream cones $30.02 … there was lettuce in the grilled chicken (remember I said no lettuce) and no bacon or cheese which I ordered. None of this was discovered until I got home and sure wasn’t going to waste my time and money to go back. On top of that the grilled chicken sandwich was cold. TERRIBLE … PLUS no phone number listed to call to complain … POOR SERVICE sure won’t direct anyone to there. Ok

Like the fries but the chicken strips are practically inedible. I’ve had them twice now and the are just awful don’t waste your money on those.

The customer service of the ladies working the drive thru was horrible, I’m q manager at a diffrent fast food chain and the way they treated me would have gotten me a write up. They didn’t ask for clarification when they needed to at the menu box and told me they had product that they no longer have, they didn’t charge me for a drink I ordered and then made me pay for a large and only have me a small. She then held my food while stating that I was wrong about my drink size and that I’m dumb, at that point I had finally had it and yelled that they all have horrible customer service.
