I had been looking forward to trying GFL Pizza since they opened shop and was not disappointed when I finally had the chance this week. It is always a special experience with a chef is truly passionate about their craft and the passion certainly shines through at this establishment. The crust is perfect in both flavor and texture and the sauce is unmatched in northern Colorado. If you don’t come for the pizza (which you should) make the trip for the wonderful service. I will definitely look forward to enjoying GFL again soon!

I know this is a new business but it was the worst pizza ever. Way too much cheese that came off in a giant blob so I couldn’t even eat it. Sauce was terrible, didn’t seem homemade but out of a jar. Crust was mediocre. I ate a few bites then tossed it.

From his different blends of cheeses he uses from any other pizza shops in town. A unique sauce & a crust with the PERFECT crunch. I’d highly recommend GFL for a slice or a catering event.

This pizza was INCREDIBLE! I love a good crispy crust and gfl pizza did not disappoint. The sauce was incredible and I of course had to try the canolli! It was chocolate covered and had a faint taste of ricotta cheese and more of a frosting taste, which is exactly how I like it. Will 1000% recommend this truck to any single person I come across!
