Not going to lie this restaurant must have changed management but it has gotten so much better. Customer service was great food was great the pricing is reasonable. A few months ago I wouldn’t have dared to go but a friend of mine told me about the changes and I’ve been a few times since.

I went to go pick up my order and the store was empty. He forgot what I ordered as he was on the phone with a friend. I couldn’t tell if he was talking to me or that person. In the end, he asks me for a tip and says I never asked anyone for this before. Like huh?? I won’t be going back to this place. The food wasn’t spectacular. It was decent, she definitely should update her recipes. I don’t go off other people’s reviews, so I have to experience it for myself.

I’m giving them 4/5 because it was pricey, but it was worth very good. I’m mad beef Pattys are 4.50. I still recommend this place . I had jerk chicken rica and peas and cabbage. Everything was delicious. And this resturant has been in the area for many many years, I suggest supporting them.

We ordered a big office order for lunch. We ordered through their official website and left a hefty tip for the driver as well as for the staff as it was a pretty big order (10 meals). When the food arrived EVERY single order was wrong. The website let’s you pick if you would like white rice, rice and beans etc. or substitute with rasta pasta or Mac and cheese for an additional $2 charge. Naturally some people wanted the substitution and of course we paid the extra charge. Every single meal did not come the way we ordered at all, just rice and beans and steamed vegetables. They completely forgot to send a vegetarian roti, so someone would have been starving. The wings we had asked for jerk seasoning and they sent it with honey bbq. Once we called, the employees tried to blame the delivery driver that she showed them our order on her phone and they didn’t know the orders had modifications. But as I stated in the beginning we ordered on the restaurants website not through a 3rd party site, why would’nt they have the order already ready for the driver once she arrived if they use door dash or grubhub as thier delivery service? Why would she have to show her phone so they can see the order? Anyway the stew chicken was super sweet, jerk chicken was very dry, vegetables no seasoning. AND A PIECE OF PLASTIC WAS IN THE PHILLY CHEESTEAK.. never ever ordering here again

Thought it was good food can’t really complain except the chicken sandwhich lacked chicken, that was the biggest complaint and parking was a little tricky but all in all good fresh food. I would definitely go back. The customer service was good they were friendly and polite when I entered to pick up my order. I recommend checking them out.

As a Caribbean woman, I was so excited to find a Caribbean food spot so close that I ran to it. I attempted to eat the food, I truly did. It was inedible. The rice was so salty I couldn’t taste anything else. The oxtail for $21 tasted absolutely salty and bland. It had no taste. I am not a picky eater at all. I’ll eat anything. But I couldn’t eat this. I’m sorry.
