Ordered a large berry Sangria with protein milk and cold foam in the drive thru. The girl taking the order was very kind and friendly. I repeated myself three times to make sure it was right and she assured me as the last Dunkin didn’t get it right. I asked again at the window. The cup said oatmilk on it, but again assured me they used protein milk. Very friendly and kind staff.

I walk in to order a drink but I can’t pay at the front counter. Instead the staff has to physically take my phone over to the drive thru window because they can’t use the front drawer. This is despite the fact that there are two credit card terminals sitting off and unused. I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ that has done this. Whoever owns or manages this location needs to rectify this problem immediately. Otherwise lock the doors and become drive thru window only.

So the other day I came to get my wife a coffee and she is allergic to cinnamon was tired from working all night and didn’t notice it so I’ll go in the next day because I was too flustered and talk to the manager and you know they didn’t even offer to make it for her.
