Lovely little bakery in west Cambridge on the way to alewife. Came in for a quick coffee and snack and loved the selection of sandwiches, breads, and the wine/champagne on offer. Seemed very busy for a Tuesday afternoon, which made our time there fun. Hope to come back again soon !

The first red flag was no prices listed anywhere on the menu. They charged us $53 for two sandwiches and a chai. I guess they don’t list the prices because nobody would buy anything if they did, or it’s one of those bougie “if you have to ask, you can’t afford it” type places.

The food was ok but way overpriced. Personally I don’t like buying a breakfast sandwich for 10 bucks (for nothing special) and a loaf of bread for 7-9 dollars (depending on what you get). Like I said the food is good, but you can find same quality, if not better, for cheaper in the area. If they knocked the price down I would bring the rating up; price is really the only bad thing here.

Was in the area for work and stopped in for lunch. I am not usually a sandwich person but I tried one of the veggie sandwiches that had goat cheese and sweet potato. Was SO good. I bought a baguette for home. They also had a great selection of wine and bakery items looked amazing. Staff was super friendly. I will be back. 🙂

Bread is good. Got a turkey sandwich which needed way more flavor. I recommend using some sort of seasonings/salt and acid to give it something more desirable.

Very quick service and friendly staff. They are very busy during lunch so they were very curt but the food was so tasty and fresh even if expensive. Will be back for sure!
