We went to hero’s because I love their steak and egg sandwich. Well when we got their sandwich we got a greasy bacon and egg sandwich that we didn’t order. My wife called them back to inform them of the mistake, they blamed her for the mistake. As all this was happening g my 11 year old daughter pulled metal shaving out of her mouth from her sandwich. When I returned the sandwich they where still not admitting g there mistake. Even after we brought the metal shards to show them. As I was talking to the cashier the gentleman I. It was very slow inside. The 2 people working weren’t paying any attention to customers but instead standing behind the counter playing on their phones wearing head phones. The young lady was very unprofessional when I asked for my order. It had been ready for 10 min and they never said it was ready. I had to go ask and she acted like I was inconveniencing her to get her off her phone and grab my order. If this is the service that is offered at Heros now, I will not be returning.

I’m done, I’ve always got the Hawaiian with egg. I got another sandwich, almost no guts. The hole thing is only bread. Subway is way better. I never leave reviews but this is bad, definitely a different sandwich shop than it use to be.
