This is a great place to eat! The crab cakes and scallops are to die for!!! I came here with my family and I had a great night. I would highly recommend for a date night or a family dinner. It is a small upscale restaurant and the staff is extremely friendly. If you live around the Derry area you will not regret stopping by!

I agree with Nicks review but would add there are daily & happy hour specials & you can order just appetizers &/or share an entree. We had Pistachio Chicken, baked potato, salad, green beans & strawberry cheesecake. The chicken was very tender & juicy. The service was good & the drinks delicious. I had Champagne with locally grown strawberries & a fresh strawberry martini. The atmosphere was very nice.

I hate to complain, but was so discouraged after our visit here. Just bought my first place in Derry-this was the first restaurant we decided to try and celebrate. It took hours… forever to order a drink, receive our drinks, order our food, LONGER to receive our food. The server was bar tending, hosting and serving. We were so tired, hungry and thirsty by the time it all arrived, I recall my drink tasted of far more lemon, was only half full and at $12 per drink-they could fill the glass. Curry was missing the rice, so the flavor was so overwhelming I couldn’t finish it. My daughter wanted dessert-another 20 minutes. We arrived at 6:45 and left at 9pm, exhausted. Make sure your dinner here is the intention of being your only plans that night. After reading other reviews, looks like it’s a HARD hit or miss here!

LOVE THE FOOD HERE! The steak, the great music that lends to the chill and comfortable atmosphere (or is that the great rinks?!) Either way, glad we have a nice cozy place in town that doesn’t serve more processed food and call it home cooking!

Great food! Server and bartender Kennedy and Sarah made the meal with their happy and outgoing personalities! Mike the owner was cheffing tonight and came out to visit. If you haven’t tried it, give it a shot. A+ all around.

Heritage is one of the few redeeming qualities in the slew of restaurants Derry… no… Southern, NH has to offer. My wife and I live near the restaurant, and have frequented it so much since moving here shortly after its open (mid-2017), that we have become very good friends with the owner.

After hearing all of the hype my Wife, 3 yr old and I were pretty excited to try out Heritage. We got there VERY early on a Friday, around 4PM to try and avoid the rush of people. We were happy to see that besides us, there were probably only 4 other tables taken up. After we had ordered our food, i’m not exaggerating when i say it took about 45 minutes to get our meals. Our waitress disappeared for 10-15 minutes at a time and would stop by and tell us it would be just another minute for the food. She was pretty cold and didn’t seem very interested in making us feel welcome. My grilled Mahi Mahi was VERY well done, dry and tough to cut. My wife’s green beans were so undercooked that it was difficult to chew them. I think they were cooked for just 2 minutes. MY daughter was excited it was her mothers birthday and proceeded to tell the waitress this but even at the end of our dinner, the waitress brought over the bill and did not once mention the dessert menu. Now typically i don’t like to complain but when i end up spending over 70 dollars on dinner for 2 adults and a little pasta for a 3 year old, i expect good service, and a delicious meal. If this happened at the 99 i would chock it up to it being a chain and the food costing 8.99 a dish. But for a place where food cost upwards of 20 dollars a dish there is no excuse. We just moved to Derry 2 years in our first home and LOVE this town, but unfortunately for us this restaurant was a one and done.

Although the atmosphere was nice and updated from the previous establishment, this had much to be desired. We went for the Sunday Brunch. The coffee was very bad, and the waitress got my order wrong, so we couldn’t eat at the same time. The home fries were very over cooked and my salmon eggs benedict, well the eggs were hard boiled. Took away from the luciousness of the sauce. Over all huge disappointment. Will not be returning. EVER!!!

I had an awesome time. The service was great, and the atmosphere was clean and elegant and upbeat. The food was prime. I got the Charred Caesar Salad with salmon. Definitely will be going there more often, great place for dates.
