It’s Thursday, November 20th 3:50PM, a rainy day… WHOEVER WORKING THIS SHIFT THIS DAY WAS AMAZING THESE WORKERS ARE SUPER FUNNY AND INTERACTIVE, so professional I felt like I was a car dealership, I loved that they had tattoos such as myself, seeing people like you helps a lot, thank you team, I really hope your manager thanks you too, the gentlemen who took my order is such a gentleman I could not say no, just kept ordering!!! Haha it’s okay I was hungry after work, okay thank you again byee!!

First time here ever and i get attitude and the wrong food along with getting food with no sauce or anything. Only thing i was happy about this visit is to get breakfast in the middle of the night hot and ready. Wish it was the fully correct order but it happens sometimes. I used the jack in the box app and ordered on there then came to pick up my order in under 10 mins from order time. Hopefully i can get my order right, hot, and ready.

I request drink with no ice. The manager took my order and she gave my drink with ice. She made a comment, he probably want no ice to get more drink.

Bad experience. They don’t do mobile orders via drive thru. Then when I tried to go inside at 9:45pm the front door was closed even though the hours say 10pm they would be closed. Then proceeded to get attitude by one worker – Dlibrilla – when all I wanted was my order.

Another jack in the box that served me hot rotten eggs. Not only do the workers continuously mess up a simple order but they never can hear my order. To the point I have to carry a receipt around to help them…I think I’m just done with jack in the box overall. I always have the worst experiences, no matter the location. So maybe it’s just me.
In response to the owner, I’m not reaching out through your website. I literally did that before and received no response. Hire employees who use their eyes and can comprehend better. Keep your food, thanks.

The staff have a very friendly welcoming attitude! It is great to see a restaurant where they treat you very professionally. I have been here about three times and every time I get welcomed, thanked and treated very nicely. Thank you for your hard work. It’s a very clean place to be and enjoy your food. They are fast to have your order ready. I will always recommend this place if near town. Love the staff. They all deserve a raise, food here is so tasteful.

I am usually not a big fan of Jack in the Box burgers, so I was pleasantly surprised at the new Ribeye Burger. It did not disappoint! Juicy & flavorful, complimented by the Curly Fries and a (possibly best in the industry) Strawberry Shake. I am well pleased. And the service is outstanding. Dining room and restrooms are nice and clean.

I came here to get my kids food I got my daughter a kids meal and she noticed someone already did the word puzzle on her bag and then she noticed on her chicken nugget bag someone drew a flower I don’t think thats sanitary if you think about it their hands are dirty drawing on their and then the kids end up touching that not cool i probably won’t eat here again

The. Cashier said that they would give me the ranch and barbecue for free only this time. Because you can only get a sauce of your order chicken nuggets or chicken strips. I wasn’t aware.. I told her, I can pay! She’s said ..no it’s ok. Only for this time. They’re so unprofessional and it’s a bit said for woman their age. If you don’t want to get treated bad by individuals who are not ready to be part of customer service, don’t come here. This is how they treated me on August 22/2025
