This place is amazing. the workers are dope. all take good care of us. the customer service is on point. Especially Patrick. he deserves a raise. This man has gone above and beyond and has made many adventures to this establishment a raging success. he’s the reason we’ve been coming here for so long. with his outstanding generosity, compassion, and diligence this man is destined for great things in customer service. i feel this man will live all his dreams and achieve a great deal in his life. many thanks to this incredible staff.

Went inside to order. You only order on an iPad there are no actual cashiers. There were too many people in there for how small it was. There was no ice in the soda machine. The service was extremely slow could have eaten quicker at a restaurant. I had a BUG in my chicken sandwich. I’m absolutely disgusted and won’t be returning.

Tried going to the Wendy’s on Congress but that place is a mess and a waste of time. Found this one and OMG it’s awesome!! The dinning room was open so we could go inside and sit to eat our food. They had a cool sink in between both bathrooms which I’ve never seen before. The staff was great and the food was delicious as well. We will be back in the future.

The place was a mess, took forever for the food. The manager was yelling at the staff, screaming, throwing a fit through the kitchen. The staff were not very clean. Overall the place was awful. They need to get better management. The manager walked of the job and left.

When going inside to order food tonight, I was horrified to see an employee use a set of tongs to scratch their head under their hair, then hang them back up on the wall. Upon noticing my disgust, they promptly told me someone would be with me in a moment, grabbed the tongs, and hurried into the back. I didn’t see them the rest of my time inside. After a further 15 minutes of waiting at the counter, during which time no less then 5 employees looked at the front counter and saw me standing there waiting and said nothing to either me or anyone else that I saw, I went back out to my car. Very disappointed in the staff here, and grossed out by the use of food service utensils as scratching aids.
