Place was nice and clean. Was greeted by a friendly young lady tending the register. Order was completed quickly and the food was perfectly presented and delicious. For less than 7.00 I got a good meal in a comfortable place. Will return next time I’m passing through. Thanks!

Horrible customer service. They don’t know how to take an order. Food arrived cold and hard. Most employees could not speak english/ were not able to understand what i was saying/ordering. Wait time was 10+ minutes which is insane considering I was the only person in line. Will never be coming back here. They also told me they were out of potatoes… out of potatoes?? Cleanliness was poor, and person making food was not wearing gloves.

The Wendy’s signage indicates a 10am opening time. We arrived at about 10:15, the door on the one side was locked, we entered on the other side. We used their bathrooms which were in good and clean condition. We attempted to use the kiosk to order, but it didn’t have the full menu. Assuming there was someone there, this person ignored us. My guess is that there is a lone employee who could not respond being eleswise occupied. Thus it appears to be a management failure to have enough personal to operate their restaurant rather than a problem with that specific employee. In any event the lack or responsiveness led us to obtain food from a competitor.

It’s almost sad….none of the employees speak English, while I was there every customer complained of mistakes with their order, then I get back out to my truck and open my order to find it wrong. Went back inside to have it corrected and stood at the counter for 15 minutes while employees walked back and forth and yelled in Spanish at each other, ended up just leaving. It’s fast food not expecting anything great but this was just terrible.

Good food and good customer service I had a problem with ordering food the computer crashed and the manager said there was nothing he could have done but we are a group of 10 so 8 of us already got our food and the computer crashed for the last two meals which were $4.00 and $5.00 the manager told us that we had to wait 30 minutes but the drive through was working fine he could have easily fulfilled but the computer came back on line and the manager gave us three free ice cream cups for free so that was nice and the kid that was working behind the counter Mateo was very friendly and helpful the only reason why I would even say anything was because it’s a vacation spot so we have 10 people for 5 days and if they didn’t give us the free ice cream we wouldn’t have gone there again because of the service but they did the right thing and they deserve 3 stars I would definitely recommend going there but threw the drive threw not going inside only because there’s no seating inside because of covid and they have the bathrooms closed which is lazy because they are not next to anything so they could have had them open but I will definitely go back again and update my review

This isn’t a bad fast food spot. I will stop here when I’m on the go and need to grab something quickly. The service has always been pretty quick when I go and I haven’t had a problem with them getting my order wrong. They always have everything I ordered in the bad including sauces. I haven’t gone inside recently as this is an on the run spot, so I can’t comment in inside cleanliness. The food is always hot and ready to go. As far as fast food goes, this is a good spot.

Not reviewing Wendy’s overall here, fast food is fast food. This specific location is lazy workers who have zero care for quality. If you actually get what you ordered, id be surprised.

I ordered a baconator at 1AM, zero cars behind me and I wasn’t rushing them at all. Get home after my 14 hour shift to enjoy a juicy baconator and bam! Dry chicken sandwich. Idk how that mistake was even made, I was the only one there. Guy was real nice tho so he gets a star.

In comparison to other fast food restaurants, the burgers and fries were fresh and tasty. The location was clean and bright. The soda machine allowed you to choose between many varieties of Coke products and flavors (e.g. lime or cherry coke).
