Great gourmet burgers with sweet potato fries or regular fries. Fun and retro decor and ambience with friendly service. I love that they offer gluten free buns and don’t cook with soybean oil so my daughter can eat here since she has a gluten allergy and soy & soybean allergy. They have a large patio that works especially good if you have a dog like we do. They also have Blue Bell Ice Cream. Would recommend!

We usually go to the one in the mall, but this was a welcomed change. The food was amazing, the service was awesome, and the sweet older gentleman that brought us our food was so sweet. We forgot this one even existed, to be honest. But we will definitely be back.

I went to the North Heffs in Abilene and the restaurant was disgusting. We couldn’t find one clean table. There were at least 10 flies flying around our table and I posted a picture of my son’s corndog. Its burnt to a crisp. Not to mention we were the only people in the restaurant.will not be returning

Used to like this place, but afraid this will be our last time… The Guy who took our order and the guy we picked it up from were not very nice and did not like their attitude with their customers… on top of that we weren’t real hungry so we ordered the funny burger meals which shows 7.50, but then he asked me is it for kid or adult after I asked for two funny meals he then charged me 9.99 plus a dollar for cheese on it, so because I said adult it went up in price?!? BTW, he told me Nothing different, it’s just your age… Well thanks for the many good burgers, but from here on I’m taking our family to Grumps on North 1-)))

Disgusted. Nasty. Unfriendly. No working restrooms. Overflowing trash. Sticky floors. No ice. No tables cleaned. When I let the worker know about the restrooms she did not care. Will not be back, ever.

Do not order off the website. I ordered the sourdough burger which states on their website.. Lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions. Only option is if you want mayo or mustard which I had selected and paid an additional $1 to add cheese. My burger came with just mayo and cheese.. when I called I was told it’s my fault for not putting I wanted veggies in the special request box..
