First time at this location because I was in the area and all I can say is Nasty food and nasty customer service. Cashier had a nasty attitude over the phone and in person. I asked for hot sauce, mild sauce and lemon pepper. WHY would you put the sauces on the side. Did I ask for it on the side??? NO. Chicken was dry and over cooked. NEVER will I be back. I’ll stick to 117th Pulaski Harold’s. This Cicero location is RUDE and IGNORANT PEOPLE… HIGHLY PISSED

I have never had a Harold’s Chicken as good & fresh as this one!!! I went three days in a row and sent my sisters before they went back to Indianapolis!! I had the wing and perch combo and the fish was better than the chicken!!!!! Imagine that!!!! It’s was alll sooo good!!! I will only go this this location!! The workers need to be kept on a retainer!!!!!! They need raises so they don’t leave!!!!! Seriously!!!!!

I discovered this Harold’s Chicken by chance. I came out this way for a Walmart pickup. But decided to get a little bite to eat first (6 piece nuggets) from McDonald’s. When I was pulling out of McDonald’s, I saw Harold’s Chicken across the street. I wondered to myself if they were good. I said to myself that I’ll keep them in mind in the future. I turned right not realizing that I would end up turning into where Harold’s was at, to turn around towards Walmart. I decided to get some then (screw those Mcnuggets). Best decision ever! Harold’s was my fix for the day. I came when it wasn’t too busy, about 7 in the evening. It was just a couple of people waiting ahead of me. I didn’t mind the wait at all. She said 15 minutes. I didn’t even time it. Why are people complaining about waiting 15-20 minutes? Do you want raw chicken? Then if it’s sitting too long, then you complain it’s not fresh. Everything was on point, the fries were fresh and cooked done, too. I will travel for better food. I live way east in Chicago. I ate half of my food in the car cause I wasn’t going straight home. Just finished my 3 wings 3 legs dinner box. The chicken was nice and crispy with great flavor. THAT MILD SAUCE WAS SOOOO GOOD I COULD DRINK IT WITH A STRAW!!!!! It did take kinda long (15 minutes) to get my order but to be fair they cook it to order and WAS WORTH THE WAIT! Total price was $10.84 and well worth it. When I come back to Chicago I’m gonna make sure I get some Harold’s.

I live in Romeoville and was out that way visiting family. I ordered my food and came all the way home to Romeoville for it to be WRONG. I ordered 8 wings with mild sauce. I got home and had 2 wings and 2 breast. This is not what I wanted or what I ordered. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
