The person working there right this minute is extremely rude. I had to walk out in the middle of trying to order my food because of how rude she was. I’ve been in customer service for over 22 years and if any of my employees ever said “WHAT?” To a customer because they “couldn’t hear” while on the phone with their headphone in their ear I would have sent them home and a write up would be waiting when they returned. I know people have bad days but you NEVER bring that to your customers! I run a hotel and know that getting bad surveys sucks so I really hate to give them but she was so bad I had to just walk out and let my husband finish ordering. I was having trouble holding my tongue.

The employee was very rude. I didn’t have an issue even when I waited for 15 min today for lunch, but the attitude just threw me off. I asked for a cup of water, and the employee said she didn’t have a water cup and said I would have to pay if I need to take a cup. She even raised her tone when I asked her again, which was very disrespectful. I will never visit this place nor recommend it to my friends. I have never seen this attitude in my ten years of Austin life. Extremely disappointed.

Serve here was awful. I came to visit my friend and saw Sunday and thought I might as well stop by to grab a lunch. The lady there wasn’t very nice and give me eye roll attitude, she sigh and scoff when I tried to make my order. Tried to make me pick other dressing which I didn’t like. They was out of few ingredients as well. Not going be back here again ever.

So disappointed. Paid $9.49 for Veg Delite Got 4 Spinach leaves, (2) banana peppers, 4 slice tomatoes all tops where middle was carved out, purple onion (1) thin slice cut in 1/4ths, (2) 1/2in green peppers for a footlong. Asked for salt & pepper(6 specks). Oil & Vinegar (None). Mustard one side. I will never buy another Subway sandwich from any store.

This review is for November 1st. The employees you work here this day are rude. On employee who fits the description of an older Hispanic lady was very aggressive when I was paying for my sandwich and was extremely rude my shoving my receipt in my bag. Please management at Subway, either train this woman better or fire her. I will not be returning to this location due to this person.

This is the most expensive Subway I have ever been to. $14 for a regular foot long Italian BMT with a bag of chips. And to top it off, it prompts you with a default tip of 15% when you pay. This place is a rip off. Booooooooooo!
