I normally don’t complain but we ordered 2 Frisco breakfast meals both of our sandwiches were child one of the pieces of bread were burnt and the other just seemed to have butter slopped on it! The hash rounds were cold,pretty much the only thing that was hot was the coffee and it was burnt. We spent $20 and didn’t even eat it!

Fries aren’t the best…but they’re not bad. If you don’t expect much, you may, sometimes be surprised–burger was good and not slathered with condiments. When it’s the only fast food place in town open 24 hours, it’s more than servicable…90 to 92 out of 100 or 4 and half stars. 06/01/23 1230a

Complete trash. How can an establishment of such low quality stay open for business? The incompetency possessed by the night shift is on a level obtained by very few. I mean honestly, how hard is it? The food was cold, the service was beyond subpar, and the inside looked like it could have doubled as Joe’s Apartment. It’s appalling that Hardee’s, as a respected corporate entity, continues to allow people to spend their hard earned money at such an utterly abysmal location. Do better.

Spent over 20 minutes waiting for food while the employees just stood around yelling and cussing at each other, no one was in drive-thru, store wasn’t busy at all when I finally got my food it was ice cold, tried to call the store to let them know no one would answer the phone…

I dont know who’s idea it was to start this tipping thing but let me tell you about my experience. I went thru the drive thru and was asked for a tip which really surprised me since the workers are now being paid $13hour to flip burgers and to stand around waiting for customers. Also I’m not used to being asked for a tip until after my food is served and I have eaten it. I did tip which I later regretted, after paying almost $12 for a burger fries and drink!!! I asked for a senior discount and then gave it back as a tip???? Any way, I was asked to pull forward and wait so I did. I waited, and waited, and waited, and after 15 minutes I went inside with my receipt and said “where is my food, I’ve been waiting long enough for you to cook a whole cow?”. My food had been sitting on the shelf getting cold. I was the only customer in line and no customers in the restaurant. This is why I don’t tip before I get my food! I will not be going back to the Centralia IL Hardees unless they remove the tipping request! I know it’s my choice but I feel obligated when someone is standing there waiting for you to tip them. I suspect you will lose a lot of business due to this stupid idea.
