Got food to go around 8 on 4/18/23. Food was what was to be expected. The staff was rude and unprofessional. No one answered on the speaker in the drive up so I wasn’t sure it was working I drove around to the window was waiting for the car a head of me and I decided it would be better to go in. I pulled into a parking spot and sent in my 13 yr old while I made a phone call. As she waited for her food she over heard an employee tell another one that this food was for the impatient car in the drive up. Talking bad about customers especially in front of them is not a good look. Do better Hardee’s.

Food met Hardee’s expectations. Staff was friendly and professional. But the staff also seems over worked. Only two employees present. Probably because the corporation doesn’t realize in small town Iowa you have to pay more then average, because the farmers are paying people more for less work. If this Hardee’s wants to stay in business they have to pay more people and hire more people.

Cleanliness of this establishment is horrible. Dining room at 130 in afternoon food all over floors and almost every table is dirty. We are only customers in the dining room. Employees standing around talking playing on cell phones. Condiment station has not been cleaned very visibly in a few days time. Staff was courteous otherwise this would be 1 strar.

This place is junk. They Always seem to be closed for dinner or no one is working. Also seem to be out of anything you try and order and if you are able to get some food its more than likely going to be cold.

Staff is very rude. The guy at the drive through opened the window and just said the total, I handed him my card and after running it though he just stuck his hand out the window with my card an my receipt without even looking at me. They also forgot half of my order

This place was DISGUSTING! I can let alot of things go, but this was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. My shoes stuck to the floor when I walked in. Not just a certain small area of the floor….the ENTIRE FLOOR was sticky. Picking a table was an ordeal because every single one was filthy. My order was done relatively quickly, but the only item that was relatively warm was the fries. The burger was cold and the bun was extremely soggy. I had to dump my first soda out because it tasted terrible. The next one was still off, but I could deal with it. The crown jewel of the experience was using the bathroom. Once again..extremely sticky floor. Aside from this, there was a plunger laying in the middle of the floor with toilet paper stuck to it. Also, the sink wouldn’t turn off all the way which I brought to an employee’s attention. This received an eye roll accompanied by a sigh. I’ve been a fan of Hardee’s for a long time, hopefully this was a one time bad experience.

Haven’t eaten in the oc hardees since I e worked there about 3-5 years. Went there before work to grab a sandwich. The time wasn’t terrible but the drive thru employee had their shirt on inside out and when I received my burger I could see a pool of ketchup inside the wrapped burger. I opened it up to find the messiest sauciest burger I’ve ever seen. I could not pick it up with the amount of ketchup and mayo they put on it. To sum it up it was the worst burger I’ve eaten. Not worth the 7$ I paid and I ended up throwing half of it away. The worst part later that day I was not feeling good. The darn burger gave me FOOD POISONING. I spent the rest of my night over a toilet hurling. WILL NOT be returning and if I could give them negative stars I would -10. Overall terrible place and would not recommend
