This has to be the most disappointing place I’ve ever ate. They are the slowest place on earth. It took us about 20 minutes to get our food after we stood in line for 5 to order. They had one girl sweeping the same spot of floor just about the whole time we was there. Another customer order his sandwich with ketchup, mustard and cheese only. The lady at the register told the manager I know 4 times what he ordered. The manager replied back very loud why didn’t you just say that. Instead of mumbling. The lady was trying to explain she had told her several time’s but the manager was just rude hateful and loud. Do your self a favor if you are in that area hungry. Go to Wendy’s, or pals anywhere but this hardees

First of all this place pretty much ruined Hardee’s for me! The first incident was when we got our drink they didn’t have ice in the lobby so he filled my cup with ice then he did not say anything about their Coke being out or the fact that the little black thing was off of it so when I went to get my drink liquid spewed everywhere. Then after giving me my order that took him about 10 minutes to ring up because he had no idea what he was doing clearly he was new I checked my bag and of course my order was wrong when I took my order to him to fix it I had to repeat the exact same biscuit about four times before he finally got it. Then they give me my biscuit and gravy in a cinnamon bun box, not sure how they think somebody’s going to eat a biscuit and gravy in that box. Employees were behind the counter talking bad about people in the Drive-Thru as well as arguing and being rude to each other I will definitely not be going back to Hardee’s for a while and I for sure will never return to this location!

Like all Hardee’s in the area, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for food. Employees at this location were very nice, but it’s obvious they haven’t had proper training. They were all running around with no clue what they were doing. I honestly felt really bad for them. I will give the food four stars because it was really good. The sodas didn’t taste good at all though. There were three people in my party all with different types of drinks and they all tasted really weird.

It’s a shame that Prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down, I guess the employees have absolutely NO pride in doing their job correctly. I ordered 2 orders of biscuit & gravy which in the menu SPECIFICALLY states that the biscuits are “smothered in SAUSAGE gravy” well how come then the gravy NEVER has even 1 tiny sliver of SAUSAGE in it?? Can u answer that 1 for me??? I’ll wait for a good excuse. It’s a crying shame though that prices are as high as they are and you still can’t even get what u pay for. Also, the SAUSAGE is half raw most of the time when u get a sausage biscuit. They need to start doing their job correctly or the owners should fire every single one of them and hire a new crew!!! Just my thoughts on it.

What a joke the only cast in the dice thru. Order taken and drove up to the window and started a close to 15 min. Wait to be told to pull into a spot to wait on my good since another car came into the drive thru. I did not know that making 2 burgers and fries took that long. Then when got it, the burger had a taste from something else being cooked with it or not cleaned up. Would not recommend it to anyone, especially with what they charge.

Took over 20 minutes waiting at the counter before any employee addressed myself and the 2 coworkers with me. Then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for food. Severely understaffed for the morning rush. Only saving grace was the food was hot and fresh.

i work in fast food so i get it, its tiring, but the employee that was at the window this morning 5/27 was rude. i gave her exact change but i wanted my receipt and i got told to “go”. teach ur employees manners lol, not sure why this one didnt know any cause she was well over the age of 20 but ya know

The flow of product is what keeps restaurants to float. The truth is its the CUSTOMER SERVICE! When your customers pay and do not get their order, your service has failed to do their job; We the customers pay for! Food is never fresh! I never get what I order! Drinks are always wrong! Everytime! I love Hardees! This makes me very upset!! This is not customers service.

I can’t give any stars because we didn’t get any food! We ordered our food and tea and paid, and then the guy at the window said, “Pull over to the right and I’ll bring it out. So, we waited while he went to other cars and then he didn’t come to us. So, my husband went up to get our food, and it still wasn’t ready, so he said he wanted our money back. We got it, and we left. The manager also cussed out my husband. So, we probably won’t be going back there.
