On 5/27/23 we stopped in at about 8:30am walk in order. Not busy, me and my son stood there for over 5 minutes with not a single acknowledgement. No one had taken our order. The female employees seen us but didn’t bother acknowledging us. Very poor service with this morning crew. I finally had to ask if anyone was going to take my order. One girl yelled for another, who came running from the back of the kitchen. I’m not a Taco Bell customer but I figured I’d try something different. This confirmed why I will NOT come back to this chain. It’s all a reflection of very poor leadership from this organization. They have no concept of the customer experience.

I go on sunday early to get coffee and burritos. Always pleasant service. Hate when upload prevents me get my fix lol. 3 am is hard to get food or coffee. Love this location . Person at drive up is amazing, kind and sweet.

TB has been one of my favorite places to eat. Their new app gives you great deals. Built a box for less than 8 dollars. Basically the crunchwrap meal and cinnamon twist. Cheaper than the meal itself just for using the app.

Used to be a good place for me but last couple of times…it’s gone down hill. This location has gone bad. I’ve asked for hot sauce and got none. Tonight I ordered the #6 meal they didn’t have it. So I ordered the #4….. and this is the slop they serve now. Don’t waste your time or money. Oh if you want to know what the photo is of…it’s suppose to be a crunch wrap. No towels in the bathroom. Went to the register. Waited as nobody was there to take an order. Multiple employees saw me and didn’t even bother to say they would be with me in a second. Then a kid comes up and says they are going through a shift change and asked for me to order at the kiosk instead but then took the order of the lady behind me (who also got their food before me, I ordered 2 small items)

They say they are open 24/7 but No one’s doing their job at night i continously ha e gotten the same response that the machine is down, doesn’t matter what time it is, if your open 24/7 I expect service 24/7, late night shift needs to be checked or I will take this up to corporate to replace these lazy workers
