I really try not to leave reviews based on one bad experience. Unfortunately we’ve had an issue just about every time we order from here. Either the person taking our order is rude, food is missing or wrong. The last time we ordered 5 breakfast platters for our family. One was missing bacon, one had a burnt biscuit, and one was missing hash browns. I also ordered the new fried egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit and it was missing the egg.

This morning, the lobby to dine in, was closed, Hardee’s didn’t have any water or gravy for a biscuit and gravy. I ordered sausage and egg biscuit with orange juice which they did have. Johnson City Water Department was cutting off water down State of Franklin Rd. The window lady gave me a coupon discount but forgot that I ordered an orange juice and shut the door in my face.

Absolute worst Hardee’s location I’ve been to. Had to wait for 10 minutes on a double cheeseburger and small fries and they were cold! Not lukewarm, freakin’ COLD! Then I pull over toPublix parking lot and see why… all employees but 1 were out in the parking lot.

I only stop at Hardee’s for breakfast, and 99% of the time, it’s a biscuit and gravy. Most of the time, it’s pretty good, but every now and again, they run out of the bowls that hold the gravy. When that happens, they just pour the gravy on top. This makes sense, but the biscuit gets all mushy, and I don’t think mushy biscuita
