Pleasantly surprised. Had the 2 for 5 biscuit, egg, sausage sandwich. To me, biscuit was in the top 10% around the area. Not to greasy, and buttery flavor. Also bought the new blueberry biscuit with white icing glaze. Probably won’t get that again (not into a lot of sweets) but tasted good and plenty of blueberries. Staff were courteous and professional and Carla was on top of things. Venue was also clean, including the bathrooms. I haven’t been here in years but will return, for sure.

I’m going to give 5 stars on here because the employee dealt very well with an extremely rude customer that was claiming to be a possible franchise. If that is how a Hardees franchise member treats employees I would rather starve. However my experience at this location has always been pleasant and the food very good. Hardees get your franchisees under control, your employees are are your biggest assets and they deal with alot.

We went in for breakfast and got two separate orders. The first order one biscuit was severely undercooked, and the other was severely overcooked. The second order, the biscuit and gravy was incredibly undercooked although the gravy was good. The biscuit was not edible. I went back to ask for a different one and got an incredibly burned biscuit so I’m not sure if there’s some sort of joke going on.

I went to Hardee’s for breakfast, I was gonna get a sausage biscuit but the lady asked me if I wanted to try one of their super brioche sandwiches and they had a super sausage one with 2 pieces of sausage and a super bacon one that looked like it had like 4 pieces of bacon on it, I got the bacon one… I opened it up and it had 1 piece of bacon on it, I should’ve took a pic but honestly I paid 5 dollars for it and it was the sorryest sandwich I’ve ever seen. I called them to complain alittle which I don’t typically do but bruh one piece of bacon on a SUPER bacon sandwich, I called and when the lady finally answered I was like, “do your super bacon sandwiches only come with one piece of bacon?” And she said “yes” and I’m like what the hell makes it so super then and she said “the super comes from the 2 pieces of cheese ” I hung up and googled it and it’s suppose to have layers of bacon, I tried to call back 4 times and she wouldn’t answer. Very sad because I had to go to school and couldn’t turn around to go back

The woman at the window was extremely rude and stand-offish. I was nothing but polite. Said please and thank you. I had coupons and she said, “if you want to use those, you have to cut them out.” I began to tear them out and she sighed heavily. She didn’t even bother to make eye contact with me as she shoved my food and card back at me. I love y’all’s breakfast but I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back to this location because I just felt like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. And clearly a lot of other reviews have mentioned the same woman at the window and her attitude still hasn’t been corrected and I doubt that it will be.

Food is delicious as always. But the service I received today really set this review off! Debbie was wonderful! So personable and nice, he conversation felt so genuine and kind and not forced or scripted. She made sure to ask if I needed sauces and checked to make sure I had a straw or anything else I needed! Her good attitude really made my day!

stop there last night ordered a #2 got home ate. was up and down all night sick. you can’t tell me that meat did not lay there all day. this has happened one time before. don’t eat there after 3:00pm.

I picked up breakfast on Dec. 7 at drive through. The woman who handed me my food has the worst attitude of just about any human I have ever met. No wonder your lot is always empty. I will never return.
