I was so excited to find a Hardee’s in the mall of all places. Then I come to find a freaking angel working at this location. Andres from Caracas was so kind and courteous to every customer that stopped by. I recognized his accent and called him out on it and he was pleasantly surprised. Do you know why I mostly knew he was Venezuelan? Not just his accent, but his ethic to working. It’s something we Americans have taken for granted. Thank you Andres for everything.

I came to the Hardee’s in the Altamonte mall. I’m so glad they opened one here. It is close to my house. I went there and got a mushroom and Swiss burger. It was so good. The cashier (Shahira) was very nice and friendly. Thank you Shahira and thank you Hardee’s. I’ll be back.

This Hardee’s location has the best burgers you can get fast around. Service at this location is worth noting as better than other fast food restaurants I’ve been to. The burger and all the ingredients were fresh, very delicious. The fries were crispy and hot; just out of the fryer& way better than In-N-Outs. The customer service was on point. I will definitely be back!

I ordered apple pies so they stated they only had peach and i would have to wait 8 minutes on apple pies and i stated i will wait cause that’s what my Husband wanted. So after waiting about 15 minutes for apple pies i get a bunch of grease and bread i threw the whole thing away cause as you can see in the photo it’s just bread not one apple was there. These people that are cooking don’t know how to cook apple pies that so called apple pie was nothing but grease even the bottom of the bag was so greasy it was a mess. Will no longer be going here cause i thought it was closer that would save me some time from driving to Pine Hills
