The burger was made very messy and tasted gross. I only ate half of it and hope that I don’t get sick from it. Fries were cold, & I hate cold fries. -$12 Wasted!! If I’m spending over $9 for a combo meal, I expected better quality of food than that mess I was given!!Manager and cashier were arguing. Took a while to place customers orders!! Like, what is going on here?? They Used to be better than this. REFUND PLEASE

If I could give 0 I would. We had to wait more than 10 minutes to get our food. The food arrived…..cold!!! We ordered 2 Frisco combos with shakes and an 8 piece. I got my $$ back for the burgers. The shakes were whipped cream n a scoop of ice cream. The service was awful, there were no customers, totally unacceptable. BTW the chicken was not hot either but it was for dinner. I should have just returned it all!!!

the had gotten my order wrong . I ask for white meat but they gave me dark. also when i was ordering the lady acted like she couldn’t read me and i was speaking loud. also the person when i to the window the person asked what was my drink, and i think they should know that because i was saying that like 2 times but the person acted like the couldn’t hear me, and their service is Horrible i don’t even know why there still going on.

I ordered the Frisco Angus meal no Mayo and hmm I threw my lunch away. It was rather disappointing due to the fact the young lady who took my order repeated it back exactly it was even in the receipt that way. Terrible as hell. Waiting at least 30 Mims to get 2 cheeseburgers. Got my food after waiting forever just to get cold food. Hell the burger was cold as hell and had two tops the fries were undercooked everything was nasty. Bunch of kids that don’t know how to cook back there. Will not be back to this location.

The female taking orders would ignore people standing at the counter. Myself included, even after other employees told her multiple times someone was at the counter. Food was ready, same girl talked on her phone using profanity in front of my 7 year old.
