This is probably one of the nicest Wingstop I have been to! This is my fiancé’s hometown and every time we are in town we come here. The staff is so nice and accommodating! The food is always fresh too!

Again stopped by for Wings and I ordered drums and I was given flats mixed with drums told the employee, she went back to check with the cook but never came back to tell me anything. Ordered two orders of fries one was fresh and hot the other order was cold. There was no Sprite or Ice. I give up on this restaurant the employees don’t take pride in their job they are only here for a paycheck. I am from San Antonio,TX and the restaurants here are not like this Wing Stop here in Uvalde, TX I guess since they are located in a small town THEY DON’T CARE….Never do they acknowledge with a simple Hi when entering the restaurant or thank you when leaving. This will be my last time here.

The food was delicious the service too, the only think I didn’t like was that me and my family came to have a peaceful dinner, and the coworkers got out for their break ig and I have nothing against it, but they were a bit too loud to the point me and my family started screaming at each other because their conversation was too loud so our dinner went from peaceful to loud and a bit uncomfortable.

Ordered carryout online. Show up and the lady says it’s not ready. Wait 10 minutes and ask again. Says they don’t have my order. Show the confirmation email and my bank account to show that I was charged. I guess they lost it somehow. Ends up getting 30 minutes after I scheduled to pick it up. If you order online I suggest ordering way ahead to get your food on time.

I had never eaten there before. But my wings were cold & very chewy. I hand to bite down and pull to get the meat off of the little drumstick. My sister’s order was brought to her 20 minutes after I got mine. And she said both her wings & fries were cold. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the atmosphere, the place was very clean & the staff was very friendly.

Stopped by with my team. Two of us didn’t get our food until after everyone else was finished. I inquired about my order; I was told mine would be up next. Seven orders were up before mine. They were busy, but they certainly need a system so people’s orders don’t get pushed back. The manager would not speak to me. I didn’t make a scene I just told the young girl they needed a better system. When I finally got my order, I was given two cookies. When I got on the bus I found I was shorted fries. Needless to say I will not return much less take my team there again. The chicken was good, but the service was terrible!

I have no complaints against the service or food but this location is not managed well. They have draft beer but the staff stated it’s not fresh because they don’t sell much. Well, of course you don’t. No one even knows it’s there because it’s placed away from where you order. If you were to move the draft beer over to the ordering station (like every Wingstop that I’ve been in that has draft beer) people would see it and order it. Very disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy a draft beer. Also, this location has a 51% sign which prohibits anyone from carrying a firearm inside the location. ITS A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, NOT A BAR. There is no way that 51% of their sales is from alcohol when they admitted that no one buys the draft beer. Is that even legal to display a 51% sign if it’s not true? I’m sure the TABC would like to know if they are REALLY selling that much alcohol.

Pretty good wings but the fries are hardly ever fresh, mainly soggy. The worst part if that the workers genuinely do not want to be there and their attitude shows it. It a shame because everyone was looking forward to a wing stop here. I hope they turn things around.

Placed an oder for two people. They forgot about our order. Everyone was getting their orders except us. After 35 minutes I went and ask about my order. OH they forgot to submit it. Even after they were aware of us not getting our order, they kept working on other people’s orders. It took them 1 hour to give is our order. It is upsetting.
