I was hesitant about eating from someone’s house but decided to try Thai food restaurant. I ordered pad Lee mao and the fried rice & wings special with 2 egg rolls. Total was 21-22. Took the food home and was really impressed. The owners seemed to be on their 70+s and were very friendly. The items inside were dated but I’m fine with that. My wife was really impressed with how good the wings and egg roll were: she has higher standards and me and she said she would go back. I really want to try more items. I found their menu was not available so I have uploaded the menu-

A Lima staple for amazing Thai food for decades. Family owned and operated. A gem in my childhood memories, the food is just as fresh and delicious today as it was when my parents treated me as a tiny tot. Now I get to treat my own children! They could charge twice their reasonable prices for the generous portions and still have my business!

Fantastic! I lived 20 years in SE Asia and have spent time in Thailand. This was stepping back in Asia. Flavor!! Hospitality!! It was like being invited in to their home for a meal. Literally. Felt like I knew them. We were just traveling through from Indiana to North Carolina and stumbled on it, craving Thai food. Don’t let the exterior stop you. Great prices (BRING CASH!), large portions. We had green curry (pretty spicy), Pad Thai, and pineapple fried rice. All DELICIOUS!

My family absolutely loves Thai Foods Carry-Out. From their fresh spring rolls and fried egg rolls, to their traditional entrees like Pad Thai and green curry, to their lovely Thai iced or hot tea (very different from other tea)–their delicious cuisine and quaint, authentic ambience remind us of the Southeast Asian food paradise we were blessed to live in for many years. The owners are very friendly and the wait is never horribly long, even if you don’t call ahead. Take it from a bunch of Asian food snobs: Thai Foods Carry-Out is the most delicious and authentic Asian food we have found in Lima. Highly recommended!
