Not one time in over 2 years have I visited this location and the order been correct. The food is often cold and that’s if your lucky enough to get what you ordered. If the drive thru hasn’t a single vehicle in line it is stainless a “pull over to the side” and 20 minutes later they’ll bring the wrong Oder and run back inside forcing you to enter the restaurant to get the order corected

The young girl that works in early morning is rude. She acts like it’s a burden for her to wait on you. This is why businesses are going with kiosks and Ai, doing away with having employees because it’s hard to find good help. It use to not be like this. The older lady that use to work here always greeted you with a smile on her face and was happy to help you. Bring her back! If she’s retired then let her return to train this young, rude girl. … Then my ham biscuit was terrible. I think it was thrown in the microwave and heated up. This will be my last visit at this location.

Ordered me and my wife a double cheese burger and hot ham and cheese with fries. Took a while for order to be ready and figured it be hot but fries were cold not good, cheese burgers were cold and hot ham n cheese were cold. I asked attendant if they just made these and she said yes but there was no way with them being cold. Will not be comming back to Hardee’s in kingstree because either the attendant lied to us or the grease ain’t hot and the grills are not hot so my conclusion is we were lied too

Apparently nobody there knows how to toast the Frisco breakfast sandwich and the entire sandwich is always just luke warm, cheese barley melted. Every other hardees gets it right except this one. Ill drive to lake city for now on.

The manager Ms. Marie and the clerk Ms. Cheryl gave EXCELLENT customer service. Best biscuits we’ve had in a LONG time! Easter decorations were out so it made it very homey and welcoming. All the employees made you feel very welcomed. Bathrooms were clean as well as the inside of the store. Wonderful experience over all!

We ordered 3 cups of coffee. The guy got visibly upset when we asked, ” What is taking so long after 15 minutes?” I won’t ever go back to this (Kingstree SC) Hardee’s again. We received 2 hot cups and 1 warm coffee after 15 minutes of waiting. There were only 2 other customers in the store the whole time. The place was empty.

I’d give a zero star if I could could’ve I ordered OUR food at 1pm finally got food at 1:28 pm if the lady at drive thru had listened and hadn’t made us wait at speaker while she had her family reunion or gossip which we heard the whole time till we decided to pull up myself because she didn’t tell us to pull finally got to window they had no idea what we ordered even though it was a mobile order closed the window then opened back up just to be told to pull up waited again for ten minutes to be brought the wrong food then waited another 5 minutes to get correct order to still had to remind the about or drinks top it all FOOD COLD OLD FRIES POOR SERVICE AND DRINK HAD NOTHING BUT SELTZER NO FLAVOR POOOR POOOR SERVICE SEEM TO BE A THING WITH FOOD SERVICE IN KINGSTREE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
