I have ordered two large hot and sour soups every week for over a year now. Tonight I got the Generals chicken my husband the shrimp lo mein and an extra shrimp roll since per menu Tso comes with fried rice and egg roll. Plain rice and no egg roll is what I received. Called and the manager told me I was wrong as I was looking at the menu. I was polite but very angry at their attitude and tone. What type of restaurant throws away a customer for an egg roll?

Went at 2pm. ordered Seseme Chicken and Gen Pao Chicken combo meals and both were so cold you’d think they made it yesterday.. Chicken was hard as a rock and stringy. Rice was cold and crunchy. Egg rolls had very little in them and slightly warm. WORST I’ve ever had here which is normally very good… If they keep this up, they’ll be out of business soon.

They have Honey chicken!!!! I LITERALLY LIVE FOR THIS!!! It is crunchy, sweet—DELICIOUS! It is not on their menu yet, but you can call and order it as a combo(upgrade to plain lo mein noodles for small upcharge), or do yourself the favor and just get the LARGE order!!!

Everything was excellent. They sent me a sm fried rice by mistake the next day the corrected the mistake and delivered me a large. Great service food was fresh and lots of beef. Next time I’m in that town with my truck gonna call and get delivery again
