Lady on the phone is rude and disgusting food was dry and nasty do not order form here nasty attitude !! I normally have great service and rarely order online but today I ordered plain lo mien and got lo mien with tinnie pieces of meat in it. I’m a vegetarian but what if this kind if error cause a food allergy or food poisoning. Plain lo mien does not come with anything mixed in it. And you can clearly see the small pieces of meet. Just highly disappointed. I guess seemed like a new customer being that I rarely order online. It’s not like it was done on purpose… but mixing up an order that’s plain is pretty noticeable.This is my lifestyle not a diet.

They delivered to Long Island City which is great. Ordered the Four Seasons, Pork fried dumplings, Hot and Sour soup, Beef with Broccoli (pint sizes available) . Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious! Time to deliver to LIC was about 45 minutes so consider the timing depending on where you live. Also need to mention when the food arrived the delivery guy said cash only and I met him with a credit card and a $10 tip. Ran upstairs and luckily I had cash in my wallet.

This used to be my to go to spot for Chinese food until today. I always get a broccoli with garlic sauce & it always hits the spot. Today I ordered and my broccoli had a piece of black hair wrapped around it. I know it isn’t my hair because my hair currently is red & it was mixed in with the food. I called the restaurant and the lady was rude & kept wanting to send me a new plate and I said I just wanted my money back lost my appetite. Let’s just say this is the last time I will be eating or ordering from there.

Good Chinese food down the street from me. Reliable. Dumplings yummy! I’m docking a star only because they messed up my order one time (things happen and it’s not a big deal) but I was a little put off by whoever answered the phone when I called them about it. I had ordered their diet platters which well… the whole point is for it to be plain steamed with no sauce. One of the meals was covered in sauce. Again, it wasn’t a big deal because I knew it was an easy fix but I kept explaining things to the woman and I felt like it took her several minutes to do right by the customer. She sounded annoyed with me. I wasn’t trying to complain, I just wanted the correct replacement. I can’t have the sauce 🙁 The delivery guy was nice though throughout the whole thing and my food was eventually replaced. Maybe it was just an off night.

Ordered the beef and broccoli to go. It came in disposable Tupperware that I believe may have been part of the issue, as the buildup of steam in the container left the broccoli and steamed rice a bit soggy vs steamed. Overall, a bit too greasy for me as my go to dish to avoid delicious unhealthy orange chicken.
